Will my records sync to my phone and computer? No. They are stored on one browser on one device. You can download a backup file and restore it elsewhere.
What happens after 12 months? App access is included for 12 months from purchase. Your downloaded toolkit files are yours to keep.
Will this stop the accidents? It cannot promise that. It helps you record what happens and look for patterns so you can change one thing at a time. If something seems medical, talk to your veterinarian.
Can I get a refund? No. Because this is a digital product with instant access, all sales are final.
