Baby Shower Balance Payment

Balance payments are due three weeks before your event.

To finalize key pick-up, please pay your $250 balance.

Afterward, you'll be given instructions on picking up the event facility's key.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU UTILIZE GLITTER DURING YOUR EVENT, ALL GLITTER MUST BE PROPERLY CLEANED UP OR YOU WILL INCUR A $50 CLEANING FEE.

By renting The Plum Room, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Use of Space: I understand that my rental includes access to The Plum Room for the agreed-upon date and time. I will leave the space in the same condition as received. Any damages caused during my rental period will be my responsibility.

2. Liability Waiver: I acknowledge that my use of The Plum Room is at my own risk. I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless The Plum Room, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses that may arise during or as a result of my rental. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, theft, or any unforeseen incidents.

3. Compliance: I agree to follow all venue policies, safety guidelines, and local regulations while using The Plum Room. I also understand that failure to comply may result in the immediate termination of my rental without a refund.

4. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and defend The Plum Room, its owners, staff, and affiliates against any claims or legal actions that may arise due to my event, activities, or guests.

5. Cancellation & Refunds: I understand that cancellations must be made within the agreed timeframe to receive any applicable refund. Any cancellations outside this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the rental fee.

By completing this purchase, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver.
