What Happens Inside Three Gates

WEEK 1 — PATTERN AWARENESS

You name the dominant pattern that has been running your life without your conscious permission. Not in the abstract — precisely, in your body, with a specific Anchor Statement you'll carry through the next three weeks.

WEEK 2 — NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION

You learn one daily practice that signals safety to your nervous system before you try to change anything. You cannot rewire what you cannot hold. This week, we build the capacity to hold it.

WEEK 3 — SOVEREIGN INTERRUPTION

You interrupt the loop once. Not perfectly. Once. Using the Pause, Name, Choose framework — in real life, in a real moment, with a real pattern running. One honest interruption proves to your nervous system that the loop is breakable.

WEEK 4 — THE DECISIVE SHIFT

You identify the decision that has been hiding behind the loop and make it — from a regulated nervous system, with a named pattern, in full embodied clarity. This is where the pattern begins to collapse

• How long do I have access?   

  • ​90 days from enrollment date.

• Can I go through the course at my own pace?  

  • ​Yes, within the drip schedule. Each week unlocks seven days after the previous one. You cannot skip ahead.

• What if I fall behind?  

  • Return to where you stopped. The structure holds you wherever you re-enter.

• Is this a substitute for therapy? 

  • No. This is structured nervous system work, not clinical mental health treatment. Many women work with both simultaneously.

• What if the medicines aren't for me?

  • ​The Three Gates program does not include venom medicine. It is a standalone course in nervous system regulation and behavioral interruption. Medicine work is a separate offering.

• How is this different from therapy or coaching?  

  • ​Therapy processes the past. Coaching focuses on strategy and goals. Three Gates is structured pattern interruption — a specific sequence that targets the nervous system's role in maintaining behavioral loops.
