Affirmation Coloring Pages for You & Baby

These started as things I wrote down to remember to say to my babies as I overhead my mom say them. Somewhere along the way I realized that if I needed to hear them, maybe others would to.

This is a set of 20 coloring pages — one mantra, one image, said in a voice that works for both of you. Color one at the park while your little one naps in the stroller. Color one late at night when you need to decompress before bed. Bring a few to girls' night and color next to the other mamas who get it. Print as many copies as you want, whenever you want them — tape one to the wall, frame one for the nursery, keep one folded in your bag for the hard days.

This isn't about making something pretty. It's about getting out of your own head for ten quiet minutes and finding your way back to yourself.
