All content provided in the Course, including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, images, and other materials, is the intellectual property of [Joanna Whitbeck of Influence Revenue LLC] and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may only use the content for personal, non-commercial, and educational purposes. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the content is strictly prohibited.
3. Use of Information

4. No Redistribution
You are expressly prohibited from redistributing, sharing, or otherwise making the Course materials available to third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing login credentials, downloading and distributing content, or using the materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Joanna Whitbeck. (the exception to this is if you have purchased my stan store sales page template, this can be used for YOUR product. You can't resell my template though).
5. Affiliate Opportunity
a. Course Creation 101 and The MIni Offer Machine offers an affiliate program for interested individuals or entities. To participate in the affiliate program, you must sign up through the designated affiliate platform, namely Stan Store.
b. By becoming an affiliate, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth by Stan Store, in addition to the terms outlined in this document.
6. Termination of Access
Joanna Whitbeck (aka the.mediocre.affiliate) reserves the right to terminate your access to the course at any time if there is a suspected breach of these terms and conditions. Should the course be removed from Stan Store you will receive 30 days notice via email that the course will no longer be available for reference. There will be no refunds should this occur.
7. Modifications to Terms
Joanna Whitbeck reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
