The Partner Launch Package is a special introductory partnership created for businesses that genuinely support women entrepreneurs and want to become a trusted, recognizable part of the Hello Culture Charlotte community.
Unlike a traditional event sponsorship, this relationship doesn’t end when the event is over. Your partnership begins with meaningful visibility surrounding our Come Up for Air Entrepreneurs Retreat and continues through three full months of Community Partnership.

CATEGORY EXCLUSIVITY
Hello Culture Charlotte accepts only one active Community Partner within each approved specific business category.
Your category will remain protected throughout your active partnership term. Category exclusivity applies to the official Community Partner position and does not prevent Hello Culture members, guests, speakers, or event attendees from working in the same or a related profession.
Your approved category will be confirmed in your written partnership agreement and officially secured once your agreement is signed and payment is received.
YOUR INVESTMENT
$600 paid in full for a three-month partnership.
This special launch offer gives you our discounted six-month rate of $200 per month while requiring only a three-month introductory commitment—and includes the added Come Up for Air retreat visibility package.
The partnership does not automatically renew. At the conclusion of the three-month term, you may choose whether to continue through one of our standard Community Partner options:
• Month-to-month partnership: $225 per month
• Six-month partnership: $200 per month
• Annual prepaid partnership: $2,208
Optional event sponsorship opportunities may also be available throughout the year for partners who want additional visibility surrounding a specific Hello Culture event or experience.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
Retreat admission, vendor space, guaranteed speaking time, separately ticketed experiences, and access to member or attendee contact information are not included unless specifically stated in writing.
All content, offers, and materials are subject to approval and applicable submission deadlines. Hello Culture Charlotte maintains final discretion over design, format, placement, and publishing schedules.
This partnership provides visibility, access, and opportunities to build genuine relationships within the community; however, specific leads, sales, referrals, attendance, engagement, or financial results cannot be guaranteed.
Partner Launch Package payments are non-refundable once partnership fulfillment has begun.
