Hello Culture Community gives you access to the conversations, workshops, gatherings, and brand visibility that make this space powerful, while allowing you to participate at a pace that fits your season.

Your Membership Includes:

✔ The Hello Culture Conversation Series
• Bi-monthly The Hello Table — our intentionally curated, limited-capacity brunch/dinner conversation gatherings centered around business and entrepreneurship, designed for small groups (typically 8–12, depending on venue). Community Members are invited to reserve seats after Inner Circle priority registration, as space permits.
• Bi-monthly Fireside Chat Experience — intimate, guided evenings centered around women's topics, wellness, and real-life personal conversations. Seats are offered after Inner Circle priority registration, as space permits. Community Members also have the opportunity to host a Fireside Chat Experience in their home (indoors or outdoors), with hosting members securing their seat for that gathering.

Social media strategy, branding, finance, marketing systems, AI tools and leadership development.

✔ Seasonal Signature Gatherings
Elevated holiday and celebratory experiences throughout the year — from Galentine’s to curated year-end gatherings — along with thoughtfully designed social evenings incorporating interactive, strategy-based experiences designed to spark connection and conversation.

Styling workshops, wellness conversations, fitness-based gatherings, and personal growth events that support the whole woman behind the business.

✔ Member Leadership Opportunities
Members have the opportunity to lead a Conversation Series evening. One member (or two co-hosting together) selects their topic and month in advance — positioning themselves as a thought leader within the community.

Website listing, group chat access, referrals, collaborations, accountability, and genuine support from women who truly show up for one another.

✔ Strategic Brand Exposure & Growth Opportunities
Members receive priority access to showcase and sponsorship opportunities at Hello Culture public-facing events — including curated experiential partnerships and intentional brand placements.

Featured businesses are promoted through event signage, social media campaigns, email communications, and ticketing platforms — creating meaningful visibility with both entrepreneurial members and women across the Charlotte community.

Participation is limited and aligned to preserve the elevated experience of each event.

Content Creation Days

Community Members may attend Content Creation Days at community member rate of $65 per event, space permitting.
(Non-member rate: $100.)

Content Days are intentionally capped to preserve quality and creative flow. Inner Circle members receive guaranteed placement before any remaining spots are opened to Community members.

Membership Commitment

Hello Culture operates on a 3-month minimum commitment.

Members commit to their first 3 billing cycles before changing tiers or canceling. After the initial 3 months, you may cancel or request a tier change with 30 days’ notice. Access remains active through your final billing period.
