The Business Breakdown

The Business Breakdown

$899

You're getting attention. So where are the customers?

People are visiting your website, watching your content, checking out your services, and showing interest in what you offer. But somewhere between discovering your business and deciding to spend money with you, something isn't connecting.

And the frustrating part? You don't know exactly what it is.

So you keep trying things.

You change your content strategy. Rewrite your Instagram bio. Update your website. Maybe even question your pricing because you're starting to wonder if that's the problem.

But what if the thing holding your business back isn't the thing you've been trying to fix?

That's where I come in.

The Business Breakdown | $899

A personalized business investigation, ready-to-use solutions, and 90-day action plan to help you identify what could be costing you customers and what to do about it.

You need to know what's actually happening.

Here's something I wish more business owners understood: just because someone isn't buying doesn't automatically mean your offer is bad, your pricing is too high, or your content isn't working.

Sometimes, the problem is much smaller than you think.

Maybe your website doesn't explain what happens after someone inquires. Maybe your services make perfect sense to you, but someone visiting your page for the first time can't figure out which one they need. Or maybe your content is doing a great job getting attention, but it never gives people a compelling reason to take the next step.

Those details matter.

And when you're looking at your business as the person who built it, they're incredibly easy to overlook.

You know your business. Your customers are still trying to figure it out.

That's the perspective I bring to the table.

So, what exactly am I investigating?

I'm looking at your business through the eyes of someone deciding whether or not to spend money with you.

Not just your Instagram. Not just your website. The entire experience someone has from discovering your business to deciding whether they want to become a customer.

01. First Impressions & Messaging

When someone discovers your business, can they quickly understand what you offer, who it's for, and why they should care? Or are they left trying to piece everything together?

02. Your Website & Customer Journey

I'm looking at how easily someone can navigate your website, find important information, understand their options, and take the next step.

03. Your Offers & Sales Process

How are you presenting what you sell? Are your offers clear? Are you answering the questions people need answered before making a decision?

04. Your Content & Visibility

Is your content doing more than getting views? I'm investigating how you're building interest, communicating value, and helping potential customers move closer to a buying decision.

05. Trust & Credibility

Reviews, testimonials, social proof, consistency, and the little details that help someone feel confident about choosing your business.

06. The Buying Experience

What happens when someone is ready to take action? Is the process straightforward, or are there unnecessary obstacles making it harder than it needs to be?

Every business is different. Your investigation will focus on the areas that matter to your specific customer journey.

I'm not just going to tell you what is wrong.

I'm going to show you what I'd do about it.

Because I don't think handing someone a list of problems and wishing them luck is particularly helpful.

That's why The Business Breakdown includes something I call The Fix Files.

After investigating your business, I'll identify three priority areas and create personalized, ready-to-use recommendations to address them.

Depending on what I find, your Fix Files might include:

  • A rewritten website headline and call to action that communicate your offer more clearly.

  • Three strategic content concepts with hooks, talking points, and calls to action.

  • A revised inquiry process that makes the next step easier for potential customers.

  • An improved services-page structure that helps visitors understand their options.

  • A clearer explanation of your offer, pricing presentation, or customer experience.

You won't receive every example listed above. You'll receive three tailored Fix Files based on what your business actually needs.

No generic checklist. No copy-and-paste strategy. No telling you to post more just because it's an easy recommendation.

What does the follow up look like?

Finding potential problems is only half the work. Knowing what deserves your attention first is just as important.

Alongside your investigation and Fix Files, you'll receive a personalized 90-day action plan.

Days 1–30: Fix the Friction

We'll prioritize the issues that could be creating confusion, hesitation, or unnecessary obstacles for potential customers.

Days 31–60: Strengthen the Experience

You'll focus on improving the way your business communicates, builds trust, and guides people toward taking action.

Days 61–90: Measure & Refine

You'll have clear recommendations for evaluating your changes and deciding what needs attention next.

The goal isn't to give you 50 things to add to your to-do list.

It's to help you understand which changes deserve your time, why they matter, and what progress could look like.

And yes, we are going to talk about it.

I'm not going to email you a report and disappear.

Once your investigation is complete, we'll schedule a private 1 on 1 walkthrough where I'll explain my findings, talk through your Fix Files, and help you understand the priorities in your action plan.

You'll also have 30 days of limited email support after our call, including up to two consolidated rounds of follow-up questions or feedback.

That way, when you start making changes, you have an opportunity to ask questions instead of wondering whether you're interpreting the recommendations correctly.

Implementation is not included, but you'll have a much clearer direction for tackling it yourself or with your team.

HERE'S EVERYTHING YOU'RE GETTING.

Who is this for?

This is for the business owner who's already putting in the work but can't figure out why that effort isn't translating into the results they expected.

You're showing up. You have something to sell. People are finding your business or expressing interest. But you suspect something is getting lost between that initial attention and an actual purchase, booking, or inquiry.

You don't necessarily need someone to run your social media, redesign your entire website, or manage your business.

You need someone who can come in with fresh eyes, examine what's happening, and give you an informed direction.

If you're starting completely from scratch, still figuring out what to sell, or looking for someone to implement every recommendation for you, this probably isn't the right service.

But if you've already built something and want to understand where the customer experience could be working harder for you?

That's exactly what I investigate.

Q&A

A few things you might be wondering.

Do I need to have a service-based business?

No. I work with established businesses that have a customer journey to investigate, whether you sell services, products, or both. The focus is on understanding how people discover, evaluate, and decide to buy from your business.

Will you make the changes for me?

The Business Breakdown is an investigation and strategic solution service, not full implementation. I'll provide personalized recommendations and three Fix Files, but website development, account management, and ongoing content creation are not included.

How long does the process take?

Your completed investigation, Fix Files, and action plan are typically delivered within 10–14 business days after your intake is complete. We'll then schedule your private walkthrough.

Can you guarantee more customers or sales?

No, and I'd be skeptical of anyone who could promise that from an audit alone. My job is to identify observable issues, investigate possible causes, and give you specific recommendations to improve the experience you're creating for potential customers. Results depend on your business, implementation, and other factors.

That's exactly what this audit uncovers.
