TheHairJunkie Experience | Precious Harvey

By purchasing any digital product, mentorship, class, webinar, coaching program, template, guide, or service from TheHairJunkie Experience operated by Precious Harvey (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“client,” “customer,” or “purchaser”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, no refunds, chargebacks, reversals, or exchanges will be issued for digital products, ebooks, courses, webinars, mentorship programs, templates, downloadable materials, guides, live or recorded trainings, memberships, or coaching sessions.

Once a product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, emailed, viewed, streamed, or sent to the customer, the purchase is considered fulfilled. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to intellectual property and digital content, which removes eligibility for refunds.

2. CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY

By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider.

If a chargeback or dispute is filed after receiving access to products, downloadable files, trainings, mentorships, onboarding materials, or private communities, we reserve the right to submit proof of purchase, signed agreements, onboarding confirmations, email communications, login and access records, download records, screenshots, timestamps, IP access logs, text message communications, and product delivery confirmations to dispute the claim.

Fraudulent disputes may result in permanent removal from all programs and communities, denial of future purchases, collections action if applicable, legal action for theft of digital goods or services, and reporting to payment processors.

3. MENTORSHIP & COACHING POLICY

Mentorship programs are educational services only. We do not guarantee specific income results, follower growth, business success, sales results, viral content, or financial outcomes of any kind. Results vary based on effort, consistency, skill level, implementation, market conditions, and personal commitment.

Failure to implement strategies provided does not qualify for refunds or payment reversals.

If a payment plan is offered, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments regardless of your participation level or program completion status.

4. LIVE TRAININGS, CLASSES & EVENTS

For all in-person or virtual classes, webinars, bootcamps, or events: deposits are non-refundable, payments are non-transferable, missed sessions will not be refunded, rescheduling is not guaranteed, and late arrivals or no-shows remain financially responsible for the full balance.

We reserve the right to remove disruptive participants without refund.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content purchased or received from TheHairJunkie Experience is protected intellectual property. You may not resell, reproduce, redistribute, share login access, copy, repost, teach as your own, upload, leak, or distribute any material without written permission. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction may result in legal action.

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read the product description fully, you understand what you are purchasing, you are voluntarily making the purchase, you are responsible for asking questions before purchasing, and you are not relying on guarantees of income or results.

7. COMMUNICATION POLICY

Respectful communication is required at all times. Harassment, threats, abusive language, defamation, or disruptive behavior toward the Company, staff, or community members may result in removal from services without refund.

8. DELIVERY POLICY

Digital products are typically delivered immediately via email, downloadable links, course portals, community access, or direct delivery platforms. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct email address during checkout. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect email entry, spam or junk folder filtering, device incompatibility, or failure to access delivered materials.

9. AGREEMENT

By checking the agreement box at checkout and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, you understand the no-refund policy, you understand the chargeback policy, and you agree to all business policies stated above.
