Each Disney resort has its own booking systems, hotel options, ticketing processes, and park experiences. Coordinating multiple Disney destinations can quickly become overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to figure out the best order to visit, how many days you’ll need, and when reservations become available.

That’s where I come in!

✨ Step 1: Book Your Consultation — $75

All Asia Disney Parks vacation planning services begin with a 45-minute consultation.

During our call, we’ll discuss:

  • Your travel dates and preferred Disney destinations

  • How many days to dedicate to each resort

  • Your overall vacation budget

  • Disney hotel recommendations and accommodation preferences

  • Park tickets and important booking timelines

  • Disney Premier Access and other park-planning considerations

  • Transportation between destinations

  • Your must-do attractions and experiences

This consultation allows us to review your priorities, discuss what’s realistic for your trip, and determine which planning services best fit your needs.

🏰 Step 2: Choose Your Full-Service Planning Package

If you’d like assistance beyond the consultation, I offer personalized vacation planning services.

Planning fees start at:

2 Disney Resorts — $450

For travelers visiting two of the following destinations:

  • Tokyo Disney Resort

  • Hong Kong Disneyland

  • Shanghai Disneyland

3 Disney Resorts — $550

For travelers planning to experience all three Disney resorts across Asia.

These starting rates generally apply to vacations of up to 14 days. Longer vacations or more complex itineraries may require a customized planning quote.

Full-service planning may include:

  • Disney hotel recommendations and booking assistance

  • Disney Vacation Package guidance, when applicable

  • Park ticket assistance

  • Personalized park strategies

  • Disney Premier Access guidance

  • Dining recommendations and reservation guidance

  • Transportation recommendations between destinations

  • Important booking timelines

  • Vacation preparation guidance

Please note: This service focuses on Disney resort planning. Detailed sightseeing itineraries outside the Disney destinations are not included.

đź’ś Step 3: Move Forward With Planning

If you’re ready to move forward after our consultation, I’ll send you a separate payment link for your remaining planning fee, along with your vacation planning forms to complete and sign.

Your $75 consultation deposit will be credited toward your total planning fee when you proceed within 14 days.

For example:

  • $450 planning package → $375 remaining balance

  • $550 planning package → $475 remaining balance

Once your remaining balance is paid and your planning forms are completed, we’ll officially begin planning your vacation!

đź’ł Payment & Cancellation Policy

All consultation deposits and planning fees are nonrefundable.

Planning fees are separate from vacation expenses, including Disney hotels, Vacation Packages, park tickets, transportation, dining, and other experiences.

Any cancellations or refunds related to travel reservations are subject to the individual supplier’s policies.

Your consultation time is reserved exclusively for you. Please plan to join promptly at your scheduled time.

  • A 5-minute grace period is provided.

  • After 10 minutes, the appointment will be considered a no-show and must be rebooked.

  • One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Missed appointments without communication are nonrefundable.

3. Consultations

Consultation fees apply to scheduled advisory or strategy sessions.

Consultations are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-transferable

  • Limited to the scheduled session

Consultations do not include ongoing planning, booking services, or itinerary management unless a separate planning agreement is purchased.

If your purchase includes a scheduled call, you are responsible for attending at the agreed time. Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to attend without proper notice may result in forfeiture of the session.

4. Planning Services & Planning Fees

Planning fees apply to full-service travel planning, which may include research, itinerary development, booking coordination, and travel strategy.

Planning fees are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Required before services begin

  • Valid only for the specific trip and dates agreed upon

Planning services do not guarantee:

  • Reservation availability

  • Specific rooms or packages

  • Pricing stability

  • Attraction availability

  • Event access

All bookings are subject to the terms and policies of third-party suppliers.

5. Travel Disclaimer

Second Star Dispatch LLC provides travel advisory and coordination services only.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Valid passports

  • Visa requirements

  • Entry documentation

  • Health requirements

  • Travel insurance

  • Compliance with local laws

The Company is not responsible for:

  • Airline delays or cancellations

  • Supplier policy changes

  • Government restrictions

  • Natural disasters

  • Currency fluctuations

  • Force majeure events

Travel policies and pricing may change without notice.

6. Payments & Pricing

You agree to provide a valid payment method for all purchases.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without notice. Purchases made prior to a price change will be honored at the rate paid.

The Company does not provide price protection or refunds due to promotional pricing or price reductions.

7. Third-Party Services

The Company is not responsible for performance issues caused by third-party platforms including but not limited to:

  • Payment processors (e.g., Stripe)

  • Website hosting providers

  • Airlines

  • Hotels

  • Theme parks

  • Travel suppliers

Any disputes regarding third-party services must be addressed directly with the applicable provider.

8. Earnings & Results Disclaimer

The Company makes no guarantees regarding financial outcomes, savings, trip results, or business success from use of its digital products or services.

All results depend on individual circumstances, execution, and external factors beyond the Company’s control.

9. Limitation of Liability

All Content and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Second Star Dispatch LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Use of the Site

  • Use of digital products

  • Travel disruptions

  • Supplier issues

  • Inability to secure reservations

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Second Star Dispatch LLC and its members, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Site

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Your travel decisions

  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights

11. Privacy

Your use of this Site constitutes acceptance of the Company’s Privacy Policy.

The Company may send electronic communications regarding purchases, services, or updates.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
