Whether you’re visiting Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Universal Studios Japan, or Tokyo Disney Resort, I’ll help you build a vacation around your priorities—not a generic itinerary.

I’ll create a personalized itinerary that brings your destinations and experiences together.

I can also recommend sightseeing attractions, tours, and cultural experiences throughout Japan.

✨ Optional Universal Studios Japan Planning Add-On — $75

For travelers who want personalized Universal Studios Japan assistance, this add-on includes:

  • Specific Studio Pass and Express Pass recommendations
  • A customized one-day park strategy
  • Attraction priorities and Super Nintendo World guidance
  • Step-by-step ticket purchasing guidance

Universal Studios Japan tickets and Express Passes must be purchased directly by travelers. This add-on is available only with the Japan + Tokyo Disney planning package. Ticket availability and attraction access cannot be guaranteed.

I’ll help you understand your transportation options so you can plan travel between destinations.

Includes:

  • Airport transfer recommendations
  • Shinkansen and intercity train guidance
  • Transportation between hotels and attractions
  • Booking assistance for eligible transfers
  • Booking links and instructions for transportation requiring self-booking

Certain transportation reservations must be purchased directly by travelers.

As your vacation approaches, I’ll help you prepare for important booking windows and organize your travel details.

Includes:

  • Important reservation reminders
  • Tokyo Disney app preparation
  • Transportation and arrival guidance

  • Answers to planning questions throughout the planning process


✨ How Does the Planning Process Work?

Step 1: Start With a Consultation — $50

We’ll begin with a 30-minute Zoom consultation to discuss your travel dates, destinations, budget, and priorities.

Not sure whether you need Tokyo Disney-only planning or Japan + Tokyo Disney planning?

We’ll determine which service best fits your vacation during our call.

Your consultation fee is credited toward your full-service planning package when you proceed within 14 days.

Step 2: Confirm Your Planning Package — $399

If you decide to move forward, you’ll receive a separate payment link for the remaining $399.

You’ll also receive your planning forms and service agreement.

Full-service planning begins once your payment and required documents are completed.

Step 3: Your Vacation Planning Begins!

I’ll begin coordinating your hotel bookings, Tokyo Disney planning, transportation recommendations, and personalized itinerary.

You’ll know which reservations I’ll assist with and which purchases you’ll complete directly.


💳 Vacation Payments & Reservations

The $449 planning fee covers my planning services. Vacation expenses are separate.

  • Applicable reservations are booked through hotels, travel suppliers, or official booking platforms.
  • Secure payment authorization is used when required.
  • Some reservations are charged in Japanese yen (JPY).
  • Exchange rates and foreign transaction fees depend on your bank.
  • Supplier payment schedules and cancellation policies vary.
  • Certain transportation, attraction, and ticket purchases must be completed directly by travelers.

I’ll explain applicable payment requirements before eligible reservations are finalized.

Planning Fees

  • Full-service Japan + Tokyo Disney planning: $449
  • Initial consultation: $50
  • Remaining planning fee: $399
  • Your consultation fee is credited toward the full-service planning fee when you proceed within 14 days.
  • Consultation and planning fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
  • Full-service planning begins after payment and completion of required documents.
  • Hotel bookings through my travel agency are a required part of this service.

📅 Consultation Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Your consultation time is reserved specifically for you.

Rescheduling

  • One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability.
  • Requests made less than 48 hours before your consultation require a new booking and payment.
  • Additional rescheduling requests require a new booking and payment.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable if you cancel, except where required by law.
  • A five-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals.
  • Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled consultation.
  • Arrivals more than 10 minutes late are considered no-shows and require a new booking.

Exceptions for emergencies may be considered at my discretion.

If I need to reschedule your appointment and we cannot agree on another time, your consultation fee will be refunded.

What’s Not Included?

  • Airfare research or booking
  • Tokyo Disney in-park pass purchases or management
  • Tokyo Disney VIP Tour bookings
  • Certain transportation and attraction reservations requiring direct purchase
  • Universal Studios Japan ticket and Express Pass purchases on your behalf
  • Standalone Universal Studios Japan planning

Planning Scope & Expectations

Your service covers the travel dates, destinations, and priorities confirmed during onboarding.

Significant changes after planning begins may require additional fees or an updated planning agreement.

Specific reservations, availability, prices, and attraction access cannot be guaranteed.

Consultations are:

Consultations do not include ongoing planning, booking services, or itinerary management unless a separate planning agreement is purchased.

If your purchase includes a scheduled call, you are responsible for attending at the agreed time. Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to attend without proper notice may result in forfeiture of the session.

4. Planning Services & Planning Fees

Planning fees apply to full-service travel planning, which may include research, itinerary development, booking coordination, and travel strategy.

Planning fees are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Required before services begin

  • Valid only for the specific trip and dates agreed upon

Planning services do not guarantee:

  • Reservation availability

  • Specific rooms or packages

  • Pricing stability

  • Attraction availability

  • Event access

All bookings are subject to the terms and policies of third-party suppliers.

5. Travel Disclaimer

Second Star Dispatch LLC provides travel advisory and coordination services only.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Valid passports

  • Visa requirements

  • Entry documentation

  • Health requirements

  • Travel insurance

  • Compliance with local laws

The Company is not responsible for:

  • Airline delays or cancellations

  • Supplier policy changes

  • Government restrictions

  • Natural disasters

  • Currency fluctuations

  • Force majeure events

Travel policies and pricing may change without notice.

6. Payments & Pricing

You agree to provide a valid payment method for all purchases.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without notice. Purchases made prior to a price change will be honored at the rate paid.

The Company does not provide price protection or refunds due to promotional pricing or price reductions.

7. Third-Party Services

The Company is not responsible for performance issues caused by third-party platforms including but not limited to:

  • Payment processors (e.g., Stripe)

  • Website hosting providers

  • Airlines

  • Hotels

  • Theme parks

  • Travel suppliers

Any disputes regarding third-party services must be addressed directly with the applicable provider.

8. Earnings & Results Disclaimer

The Company makes no guarantees regarding financial outcomes, savings, trip results, or business success from use of its digital products or services.

All results depend on individual circumstances, execution, and external factors beyond the Company’s control.

9. Limitation of Liability

All Content and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Second Star Dispatch LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Use of the Site

  • Use of digital products

  • Travel disruptions

  • Supplier issues

  • Inability to secure reservations

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Second Star Dispatch LLC and its members, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Site

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Your travel decisions

  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights

11. Privacy

Your use of this Site constitutes acceptance of the Company’s Privacy Policy.

The Company may send electronic communications regarding purchases, services, or updates.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
