With my Full-Service Tokyo Disney Vacation Planning, I'll help you navigate the booking process, plan your park days, and prepare for your vacation so you can spend less time researching and more time getting excited about your trip!

Full-Service Planning Fee: $300

  • $50 deposit due today

  • $250 remaining balance due after your consultation

Your $50 deposit includes a 30-minute Zoom consultation and will be credited toward your total planning fee if you move forward within 14 days.

  • Important booking timelines and expectations

  • Your questions about visiting Tokyo Disney Resort

2. Hotel, Vacation Package & Dining Reservations

I'll help you navigate Tokyo Disney's unique reservation system and handle eligible bookings on your behalf.

What's included:

  • Personalized Disney hotel recommendations

  • Vacation Package recommendations and comparisons

  • Hotel and Vacation Package booking assistance

  • Guidance on reservation timelines and requirements

  • Dining reservation assistance for eligible Vacation Package bookings

  • Guidance on payment requirements and reservation policies

All reservations are subject to availability. Specific hotels, room categories, Vacation Packages, and dining reservations cannot be guaranteed.

3. Personalized Tokyo Disney Park Planning

Once your accommodations and park dates are established, we'll create a strategy tailored to your priorities.

  • Attraction recommendations and suggested touring plans

  • Disney Premier Access purchasing strategies

  • Priority Pass, Entry Request, and Standby Pass guidance

4. Pre-Trip Preparation & Planning Support

As your vacation approaches, I'll help you prepare so you know what to expect before arriving at Tokyo Disney Resort.

  • Park entry and ticket information

  • Guidance on using Tokyo Disney's attraction and reservation systems

✨ How the Planning Process Works

Step 1: Book Your Consultation — $50

Pay your $50 deposit to schedule your initial 30-minute Zoom consultation.

We'll discuss your vacation, review your options, and determine the best approach for your Tokyo Disney trip.

Step 2: Confirm Your Planning Services — $250

If you decide to move forward, you'll receive a separate payment link for the remaining $250 planning fee.

You'll also receive the required planning forms to review and sign before we begin.

Your initial $50 deposit will be credited toward your total $300 planning fee when you proceed within 14 days.

Step 3: Let's Start Planning!

Once your remaining balance is paid and your planning forms are completed, we'll begin the full planning process, including hotel and Vacation Package booking assistance, personalized park strategies, and vacation preparation.

💳 How Are Vacation Payments Made?

Tokyo Disney Resort reservations are booked directly through the official Tokyo Disney Resort website.

When it's time to make a reservation, you'll receive a secure payment authorization link to provide your payment information.

Your authorized payment method will be used for the applicable reservation charges, which are processed in Japanese yen (JPY).

Please keep in mind:

  • Tokyo Disney Resort reservations are subject to availability.

  • Your bank may require authorization for international transactions.

  • Your bank may charge foreign transaction fees.

  • Exchange rates may vary depending on your financial institution.

  • Vacation expenses are separate from my planning fee.

📌 Important Information & Policies

Planning Fees

  • The $50 consultation deposit is non-refundable.

  • The remaining $250 planning fee is also non-refundable once paid.

  • Your $50 deposit is credited toward the $300 planning fee if you proceed within 14 days of your consultation.

  • Full-service planning begins after the remaining balance is paid and all required planning forms are signed.

  • Planning fees do not include hotel accommodations, Vacation Packages, park tickets, dining, transportation, or other vacation expenses.

Consultation Policies

  • One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours' notice.

  • A 5-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals.

  • After 10 minutes, the appointment will be considered a no-show.

  • Missed appointments without communication are non-refundable and require a new booking.

In-Park Reservations & Experiences

Certain Tokyo Disney experiences must be managed directly by guests.

While I provide personalized guidance on Disney Premier Access, Priority Pass, Entry Request, and Standby Pass, I cannot purchase, request, or secure these on your behalf.

VIP Tour bookings are also not included in my services.

All reservations, experiences, and attraction availability are subject to Tokyo Disney Resort's policies and availability.

Consultation fees apply to scheduled advisory or strategy sessions.

Consultations are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-transferable

  • Limited to the scheduled session

Consultations do not include ongoing planning, booking services, or itinerary management unless a separate planning agreement is purchased.

If your purchase includes a scheduled call, you are responsible for attending at the agreed time. Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to attend without proper notice may result in forfeiture of the session.

4. Planning Services & Planning Fees

Planning fees apply to full-service travel planning, which may include research, itinerary development, booking coordination, and travel strategy.

Planning fees are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Required before services begin

  • Valid only for the specific trip and dates agreed upon

Planning services do not guarantee:

  • Reservation availability

  • Specific rooms or packages

  • Pricing stability

  • Attraction availability

  • Event access

All bookings are subject to the terms and policies of third-party suppliers.

5. Travel Disclaimer

Second Star Dispatch LLC provides travel advisory and coordination services only.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Valid passports

  • Visa requirements

  • Entry documentation

  • Health requirements

  • Travel insurance

  • Compliance with local laws

The Company is not responsible for:

  • Airline delays or cancellations

  • Supplier policy changes

  • Government restrictions

  • Natural disasters

  • Currency fluctuations

  • Force majeure events

Travel policies and pricing may change without notice.

6. Payments & Pricing

You agree to provide a valid payment method for all purchases.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without notice. Purchases made prior to a price change will be honored at the rate paid.

The Company does not provide price protection or refunds due to promotional pricing or price reductions.

7. Third-Party Services

The Company is not responsible for performance issues caused by third-party platforms including but not limited to:

  • Payment processors (e.g., Stripe)

  • Website hosting providers

  • Airlines

  • Hotels

  • Theme parks

  • Travel suppliers

Any disputes regarding third-party services must be addressed directly with the applicable provider.

8. Earnings & Results Disclaimer

The Company makes no guarantees regarding financial outcomes, savings, trip results, or business success from use of its digital products or services.

All results depend on individual circumstances, execution, and external factors beyond the Company’s control.

9. Limitation of Liability

All Content and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Second Star Dispatch LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Use of the Site

  • Use of digital products

  • Travel disruptions

  • Supplier issues

  • Inability to secure reservations

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Second Star Dispatch LLC and its members, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Site

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Your travel decisions

  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights

11. Privacy

Your use of this Site constitutes acceptance of the Company’s Privacy Policy.

The Company may send electronic communications regarding purchases, services, or updates.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
