Combining personalised chemical peels with luxury facial treatments, this membership is ideal for those wanting to improve the appearance of uneven skin tone, pigmentation, congestion, dullness, fine lines and overall skin texture.

Think gym membership, but for your skin — your regular glow-up appointments without the large upfront cost.

Want to start sooner? Just pay the difference to begin straight away.

Your membership payments run for 12 months, with an extended 15-month treatment redemption period to allow sufficient time to complete your appointments.

What’s Covered

Your membership includes our Hydration Peel Luxury Facial as standard, with the flexibility to upgrade to alternative chemical peels depending on your skin’s needs.

All upgrades include your luxury facial experience and are subject to practitioner assessment and suitability.

Our Advanced TCA Resurfacing Peel is not included within the membership and is available as a separate specialist treatment.

Payments

£60 per month by direct debit for 12 months.

Your total membership cost is £720, excluding any optional treatment upgrades.

Missed payments may pause your membership and access to appointments until resolved.

Our standard cancellation and refund policy applies, subject to your statutory rights.

Appointments & Cancellations

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of that appointment from your membership allowance, in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Memberships are non-transferable and valid for you only.

All appointments must be scheduled and completed within your 15-month treatment redemption period, subject to any medically necessary extensions agreed with the clinic.

Treatment Schedule

Your membership includes 12 chemical peel facial appointments, with monthly payments spread across a 12-month period.

Your first treatment becomes available after your initial 3 monthly payments have been completed, unless you choose to pay the difference to begin sooner.

To allow sufficient time for all 12 treatments, your appointments can be redeemed within 15 months from your membership start date.

Treatments are intended to be scheduled approximately every 4 weeks, subject to clinical suitability, appropriate recovery and the selected peel’s treatment protocol.

Your practitioner will recommend the most suitable peel and treatment intervals based on your individual skin needs.

Unused appointments expire at the end of the redemption period and cannot be backdated, subject to your statutory rights and any agreed extensions.

Medical Suitability

A suitability check is carried out at every appointment.

Chemical peel treatments are subject to a professional skin assessment, individual contraindications and the manufacturer’s recommended treatment protocols.

LED light therapy and cryo masks are included where appropriate for the selected peel and your skin’s condition.

If treatment isn’t suitable on the day, we’ll discuss your options and guide you through the next steps, including rescheduling or an appropriate alternative where possible.

If treatment needs to be postponed for medical reasons, we will review your treatment schedule and consider a reasonable extension to your redemption period.
