Missed payments may pause your membership until resolved.

Appointments & Cancellations
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice = lost session.
Memberships are non-transferable and valid for you only.
Appointments must be scheduled within your membership treatment period.
Treatment Schedule
Your membership includes 12 SkinPen treatment appointments.
Treatments are intended to be scheduled approximately every 4 weeks, provided your skin has recovered appropriately and treatment is clinically suitable.
Certain advanced treatment combinations may require longer intervals or an alternative treatment schedule.
Your treatment schedule will be agreed with your practitioner to ensure appropriate spacing and recovery.
Medical Suitability
A suitability check is carried out at every appointment.
SkinPen microneedling and any accompanying skin treatments are subject to a professional skin assessment and individual contraindications.
If treatment isn’t suitable on the day, we’ll discuss your options and guide you through the next steps.
