This call is for all enrolled students who have already received their registration number and are ready to get fully started on their course.

You’ll use this call as your first 1:1 onboarding session with me. We’ll go through your theory, where to begin, how to work through each section, and how to set realistic target dates for your assignments, assessments, and your first practical training day. This call is designed to give you complete clarity, confidence, and a clear plan so you always know what you’re doing next.

After your first call, you can use this exact link any time during your course to book a 6–8 week check-in. These calls are optional but highly recommended if you want support, have questions, need to review your progress, or want to adjust your target dates to keep everything moving at the right pace for you.

This booking link is here so you don’t have to wait for replies from me or go back-and-forward trying to find times. If you feel stuck, unsure, or just want a catch-up to stay on track, you can simply book yourself in whenever you need to.

My goal is to make your learning experience smooth, supported, and stress-free. Use these sessions whenever you feel they’ll help you keep momentum and confidence throughout your qualification.

Your access to and use of this website, as well as all related websites operated by Empowered Education and Collections Ltd (which includes empoweredsaloneducation.co.uk and any subdomains or affiliated sites) (collectively the “Site”) is subject to the following Terms and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and the Site are superseded.

You agree that the Site itself, as well as all content, videos, training materials, products, services, and/or other materials made available on the Site by us or third parties, as well as the look and feel of all of the foregoing (collectively referred to as the “Content”), are maintained for your personal use and information by Empowered Education and Collections Ltd (the “Company”) and are the property of the Company and/or its third-party providers.

No Company Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, or used for public or commercial purposes without express written permission from the Company. Modification or misuse of the Content is a violation of copyright and other proprietary rights.

All materials contained on this Site are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws unless otherwise noted.

2. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

All trade names, trademarks, and images used in the Company Content and contained on the Site are either the property of or used with permission by the Company. Any unauthorised use of Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as granting any licence or right to use any trademark or other proprietary information without written consent from the Company.

3. Accuracy of Information

While the Company uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, it makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. The Company assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content.

4. Communications

By registering or purchasing with the Company, you consent to receive notices, announcements, and communications electronically via the email address you provide.

If you send comments or suggestions to the Company, these submissions become the property of the Company and may be used for any purpose without obligation or compensation.

5. Data and Security

The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to restrict unauthorised access to our data and files; however, no system is entirely impenetrable. You acknowledge that use of the Site is at your own risk.

We will not intentionally disclose personally identifying information to third parties except where required by law or to enforce these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to our Privacy Policy and GDPR-compliant data practices.

6. Limitation of Liability

Neither the Company nor any other party involved in creating or maintaining the Site shall be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Site.

All content is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

You are solely responsible for evaluating your own results, business performance, and implementation of any strategies or information shared.

7. Third-Party Services

The Company is not responsible for performance or service problems caused by third-party websites or service providers (for example, payment processors such as Stripe). Any such issues are governed by your agreement with that provider.

8. Payments

You agree to pay for all products and services purchased through the Company. You are responsible for ensuring timely payment and providing a valid payment method for all fees.

All prices are in GBP (£) and may change at any time without notice. The Company does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of promotions or price reductions.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products, instant-access courses, and memberships, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted, even if the materials are not used.

For 1-to-1 coaching, training, or salon appointments:

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking will incur a 50% charge.

Cancellations made within 24 hours (or on the day) will incur a 100% charge.

Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

All bookings made via Stan Store require full payment upfront, which is held securely until the appointment date.

If a refund is processed, payment processing fees are non-refundable.

If technical issues prevent delivery of your digital product, your sole remedy is a replacement or refund at the Company’s discretion.

10. Coaching and Calls

If your purchase includes calls or sessions, it is your responsibility to schedule and attend them.

To cancel or reschedule, email support@empoweredcollections.com with the subject line “CALL CANCELLATION – [Date & Time]” at least 48 hours in advance.

Missed calls or reschedules made within 48 hours will be forfeited without refund

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Empowered Education and Collections Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of this Agreement or misuse of the Site.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

13. Updates

These Terms may be updated or amended at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
