Escape to the heart of the Tuscan countryside this fall for a thoughtfully curated couples’ retreat at the beautiful Casa Vecchia, located just 20 minutes outside of Florence. One of you has been researching until 2am, overhauling the pantry, fighting desperately for your child's health — while the other feels overwhelmed by constant changes, unsure what's extreme or necessary. This fall, escape together to our private Tuscan villa where you'll learn why Italian families thrive without chronic illness, and more importantly, how to heal as partners instead of dividing as researchers.
Through morning vineyard walks, pasta-making with couples married 50 years, harvesting medicinal herbs together, and long dinners where you're lovers again (not co-caregivers), you'll discover what Italian parents know: healing happens when both understand the why, share the work, and stop carrying fear alone. Seven transformative days with just a handful of other couples who understand this unique burden — returning home with shared protocols you both believe in, a united vision for your family's health, and the marriage you had before life got in the way. Because your children need parents who are aligned and restored, not exhausted and arguing about supplements.

The total cost of the Cassavecchia Retreat is $7,500 per couple.
We offer the following payment plan option:
$3750 non-refundable deposit due at booking to reserve your spot
Three (1) additional monthly payments of $3750 each
Payments are due once per month following the deposit but full payment must be received at least 1 month before the retreat
By enrolling in the payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full, regardless of attendance.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the limited number of spots and the advance commitments required for lodging, food, and retreat planning, all payments are non-refundable.
Cancellations are only permitted under the following condition:
If you need to cancel your attendance, you may do so only if an acceptable replacement guest is found and confirmed.
Replacement Guest Terms
The replacement guest must be approved by the retreat host
The replacement must complete registration and agree to all retreat terms
Once the replacement is confirmed, your payments may be transferred to that guest
If no replacement is found, the reservation remains non-refundable and all payments remain due.
Minimum Capacity & Date Change Policy
This retreat requires a minimum number of confirmed attendees in order to proceed.
If minimum capacity is not met, the host reserves the right to:
Reschedule the retreat to a later date
In the event of a date change:
Attendees will be notified as soon as possible
All payments may be applied to the rescheduled retreat dates
If the new dates are not workable for an attendee, the attendee may request a full refund of all payments made.
Missed or Late Payments
If a scheduled payment is missed or more than 10 days late, the retreat host reserves the right to cancel your reservation and release your spot. All payments made up to that point remain non-refundable.
Travel & Trip Protection Recommendation
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, illness, and unexpected emergencies.
