A 2026 Tuscany Culinary & Nature Women’s Retreat

Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy

Spots are limited. Reservations are secured on a first-come, first-served basis.

Investment

The total cost of the Tuscany Women’s Retreat is $3600 per person for a private room, and $3200 per person for a shared room. Please see the course itinerary (on my website) to see what is included.

Please submit separate payments for each individual in your party.

Shared Room Discount

We offer a shared room discount for women registering with a friend. Shared rooms are only available to guests booking together — we do not pair guests for shared accommodations.

To receive the discounted rate:

• Use code “Shared” at checkout

• Include your shared room partner’s name in the notes section

• Both guests must complete separate bookings using the shared room code for the discount to apply

If one guest cancels, the remaining guest is responsible for the full standard rate unless a replacement roommate is found and approved.

Payment Plan Option

We offer the following payment plan:

• $1800 non-refundable deposit due at booking to reserve your spot

• One additional payment of $1800

• Remaining payments are due once per month following your initial deposit

By enrolling in the payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full, regardless of attendance.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited number of spots and the advance commitments required for lodging, food, transportation, and retreat planning, all payments are non-refundable.

Cancellations are permitted only under the following condition:

If you are unable to attend, you may cancel only if an acceptable replacement guest is found and confirmed.

Replacement Guest Terms

• The replacement guest must be approved by the retreat host

• The replacement guest must complete registration and agree to all retreat terms

• Once the replacement is confirmed, your payments may be transferred to that guest

If no replacement is found, your reservation remains non-refundable and all scheduled payments remain due.

Minimum Capacity & Date Change Policy

This retreat requires a minimum number of confirmed attendees in order to proceed.

If minimum capacity is not met, the host reserves the right to reschedule the retreat to a later date.

In the event of a date change:

• Attendees will be notified as soon as possible

• All payments may be applied to the rescheduled retreat dates

• If the new dates are not workable for an attendee, the attendee may request a full refund of all payments made

Missed or Late Payments

If a scheduled payment is missed or more than 10 days late, the retreat host reserves the right to cancel your reservation and release your spot. All payments made up to that point remain non-refundable.

Travel & Trip Protection Recommendation

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, illness, and unexpected emergencies.
