Please note you must follow strict requirements in order to obtain access to your purchase, this is to avoid the increase in fraudulent chargebacks whereby people are purchasing the course(s) and guides and making a false charge back claim, to avoid this you must follow protocol to enable a trace should I require to take legal action. This will require a valid driving license or passport to be sent to Officialminasmith@gmail.com to obtain access to your product. Should you fail to do this, a refund will be refused at my discretion, this will be assessed on a case by case basis.
No mentor will be provided from me, all courses are self taught and you will be required to learn and set up your business alone

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIMELY PAYMENT OF ALL FEES AND FOR PROVIDING THE COMPANY WITH A VALID PAYMENT METHOD FOR PAYMENT OF ALL FEES. ALL SALES OF PRODUCTS ARE FINAL. Prices for products offered by the Company may change at any time, and the Company does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering. If a product becomes unavailable following a transaction but prior to download, your sole remedy is a refund. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE

✅ Resell the course only after completing the reseller approval process.
❌ You may NOT:
⛔ Share, distribute, or give away access to the course.
⛔ Modify, edit, or create derivative works from the course content.
⛔ Use Elevate with Olivia Ltd’s branding as your own.
⛔ Sell the course without completing the reseller approval process.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The course and all its materials remain the intellectual property of Elevate with Olivia Ltd.
Unauthorised use, reproduction, or modification of course content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. REFUND POLICY

✅ You (the buyer) acknowledge you are purchasing the course under your own discretion and you are aware of the risks of not making any sales.
✅ You (the buyer) acknowledge any defamation regarding the course or seller (Mina) can result to the course being removed from you.
✅ You (the buyer) acknowledge no refunds or exchanges will be provided under any circumstance.
✅ You (the buyer) acknowledge failure to provide the required documents within an adequate time (3hrs upon purchasing the course) will result in cancellation of the course request and a refund may not be granted this is in the discretion of the seller (Mina)
✅ You (the buyer) acknowledge you have read and agree to all T&C’s in this confirmation and have no disputes regarding every single point mentioned.
✅ You (the buyer) acknowledge any charge backs will result the seller (Mina) taking you to small claims court due to the nature of this product.
4. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

5. RESELLER APPROVAL PROCESS
To gain access to the reseller benefits of this course, you must complete a verification process to prevent fraud.

🚨 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes:
• Filing a chargeback or dispute will result in immediate removal from the course and legal action may be taken for fraudulent activity.
• If you initiate a dispute, access to the course will be revoked permanently.
7. NON-DISPARAGEMENT & CYBER HARASSMENT POLICY
By purchasing, you agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully.

By purchasing this product, you acknowledge and agree that future changes to the business model do not constitute grounds for a refund, nor do they reflect any misrepresentation at the time of purchase. The course and all its contents remain valid and accessible as purchased.
Legal & Compliance Responsibility:
As a reseller, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring your sales, marketing practices, and business operations comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax requirements in your country.
