Full Terms & Agreements
1. Image Submission: All AI Twins require 10 high-quality images (headshots + full body). Results depend on submission quality.
2. Permissions & Ownership: Buyer grants DopplMe permission to upload and use images solely for AI Twin creation. Buyer confirms ownership of submitted images. Images will never be sold or misused.
3. Content Creation & Delivery: A preview (Digital Negative) is provided for approval. Delivery may take up to 5 business days. DopplMe may extend delivery in busy periods.
4. Digital Product Policy: All sales final. Refunds unavailable once final content is delivered. Minor revisions may be offered during preview stage.
5. Subscription Policy: Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled any time after a minimum of 2 payments. Failing to complete this may suspend access to content.
6. Limitations of Use: Content is for personal/professional use. Reselling or sublicensing is prohibited. Content cannot be used for harmful, illegal, or misleading purposes.
7. Liability & Indemnification: DopplMe is not liable for misuse of created content. Buyer agrees to indemnify DopplMe against claims arising from misuse.'
8. Confidentiality & Security: Submitted data is kept confidential. While best efforts are made to secure data, Buyer releases DopplMe from liability in unforeseen breaches.
9. Agreement & Consent: Purchase constitutes acceptance of these Terms. No physical signature required
