In-House Payment Plan Agreement

This In-House Payment Plan Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Changing Courses 11, LLC ("Company") and the customer ("Customer"). By completing the purchase, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions. This is a legally binding electronic agreement.

1. Payment Terms

  • The total purchase price for the selected product or service is divided into four (4) equal monthly payments to be made over four (4) consecutive months.

  • The first payment is due on the date of purchase, and subsequent payments are due on the same day of each following month.

  • All payments must be made in full and on time through the Customer’s chosen method via Stan Store or Pillar.

2. Late or Missed Payments

  • If a payment is not made by the due date, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Customer’s account and access to the product or service.

  • The Company is not obligated to provide additional notices or reminders beyond the initial payment schedule.

  • Reinstatement of the Customer’s account following a missed payment may incur additional fees at the Company’s discretion.

3. Governing Terms

  • This Agreement is governed by the Company’s Terms of Service, which are incorporated herein by reference. The Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms of Service.

  • In the event of any dispute or issue, the Customer should refer to the Terms of Service for resolution procedures.

  • This Agreement and its terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and applicable federal laws of the United States.

4. Refund Policy

  • The Company’s Refund Policy, available at changingcourses11.com, applies to all purchases under this Agreement.

  • By completing the purchase, the Customer confirms their understanding of and agreement to the Refund Policy.

5. Acknowledgment

By completing the purchase, the Customer agrees to the terms of this Agreement and confirms that they understand their payment obligations and the consequences of non-compliance. This electronic acknowledgment is binding and enforceable.

7. Final Confirmation

Your electronic acceptance of this agreement holds the same legal weight as a handwritten signature.
