You've read the books. You've set the goals. You've prayed about it. You start strong, and a few weeks later you're back where you were.
That's not a willpower problem. It's a belief problem. And the belief isn't in your head. It's in your heart.
Scripture says to guard your heart, because everything you do flows from it (Proverbs 4:23). It also says a person is shaped by what they hold in their heart (Proverbs 23:7).
Your heart beliefs sit below your daily thoughts. They decide what you think is possible for you, what you think you deserve, and what you do when no one is watching. Until one changes, your results tend to stay the same.
In The Missing Ingredient, Ron McIntosh describes four kinds of people:
✓ Drifters: life moves them. They react to whatever shows up.
✓ Pursuers: they chase goals, but start and stop.
✓ Achievers: they get results, then hit a ceiling.
✓ Super achievers: they stay consistent at a high level.
Each one is running on a different set of heart beliefs. Change the belief and you change which type you live like.
Most people read a good book, feel motivated, and change nothing. The missing step is doing the work.
This program takes you through The Missing Ingredient, one idea at a time. Then it adds what the book can't do for you: weekly action, a clear practice, and someone guiding you through it.
✓ 5 weeks of guided coaching built around The Missing Ingredient
✓ A simple way to find the belief that is running your life right now
✓ A practice for taking every thought captive (2 Corinthians 10:5), step by step
✓ Weekly action steps, so each lesson becomes something you actually do
✓ Scripture to replace each old belief with a true one
✓ Support and accountability from a licensed counselor
HOW IT WORKS
1. Find it. Name the heart belief holding you back and see which of the four types you're living like.
2. Replace it. Use Scripture to put a true belief where the old one was.
3. Practice it. Take weekly steps until the new belief shows up in how you act.
✓ You're a person of faith who is tired of starting over.
✓ You want to understand why you do what you do.
✓ You're willing to do a small piece of work every week.
WHO THIS IS NOT FOR
✗ You want a quick fix with no effort.
✗ You're looking for therapy or treatment. This is coaching, not counseling.
I'm Julius Fellows, MS, LPC. I've worked in behavioral health for nearly two decades, and I'm trained in EMDR through Trauma Recovery/HAP. I see every day how a belief someone has carried for years can run their life without them knowing it. I built this program to give people a way to work through it, not just read about it.
I'm not a guru. I'm a guide. I walk with you and you do the work.
"Since joining the program, I've been able to identify what's been holding me back, and I now feel in so much more control of my future and understand my identity."

QUESTIONS
Do I need the book?

Is this therapy?
No. This is faith-based coaching. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you're in crisis, call or text 988.
How much time does it take?
3 hours a week, for example: about one hour of coaching plus 15 minutes of daily practice
I'M NOT PROMISING A RESULT. What I am promising is a process that will produce results.
I can't tell you how fast your beliefs will change. That depends on you. What I can promise is a clear path, real guidance, and a weekly plan, so you're never guessing what to do next.
