Reiki Level One

Reiki Level One

An Experience, Attunement & Introduction to Reiki

Reiki is a beautiful energy healing practice that invites us to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and become more aware of the energy moving through us.

Reiki Level One is where you begin your journey.

This is a beautiful, intimate day of learning, experiencing and receiving. You’ll be introduced to the foundations of Reiki, learn how to work with Reiki energy for yourself and others, and receive your Level One attunement.

During our day together, you’ll explore:

✨ What Reiki is and how it works
✨ The history and foundations of Reiki
✨ Energy, intention and the subtle body
✨ How to practice Reiki on yourself
✨ How to offer Reiki to others
✨ Hands-on Reiki practice
✨ Your Reiki Level One attunement
✨ Time for connection, reflection and integration
✨ Your Reiki Level One certification

You do not need any previous experience with Reiki or energy work. You simply need an open mind, an open heart and a willingness to explore.

This is more than a certification day. It’s an opportunity to deepen your relationship with yourself, your intuition and your own energy.
