All products sold through this store are digital downloads, including but not limited to PDF guides, workbooks, planners, and resource documents. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive access to download your product. No physical items will be shipped.
3. License and Permitted Use
When you purchase a digital product from The Sideline Sisterhood LLC, you receive a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the product for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may print the product for personal use.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share, upload, or otherwise make any digital product available to third parties in any format, whether for free or for compensation. Unauthorized sharing or resale of our digital products is a violation of these Terms and applicable copyright law.
4. Intellectual Property
All content contained in our digital products — including text, design, layout, graphics, and frameworks such as the Regulated Leadership Framework™ and the 5-Step Car-Side Reset Method™ — is the intellectual property of The Sideline Sisterhood LLC and is protected by United States copyright law. 5. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the immediate digital delivery and downloadable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us at hello@thesidelinesisterhood.com within 7 days of your purchase date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting us will be considered a violation of these Terms.
