Terms & Conditions — Purchases From The Social Connection
By purchasing any digital product, service, program, guide, template, masterclass, workshop, or coaching offer from The Social Connection (Aqsa Akram), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided, including but not limited to:
videos, digital guides, workbooks, PDFs, templates, calls, replay recordings, frameworks, methods, hooks, processes, strategies, text, designs and any teaching material, is the exclusive intellectual property of The Social Connection.
You agree that:
• You will NOT copy, reproduce, or share any material with others.
• You will NOT upload, distribute, forward or post the content anywhere online or offline.
• You will NOT resell, repurpose, or use the materials in your own paid offers, coaching, courses or programs.
• Access is granted to one individual purchaser only.
• You may not use the content to train your clients, team, groups, or community unless expressly permitted in writing.
Any breach may result in immediate revoked access without refund and/or legal action.
2. No Guarantee of Results
All material, content and services are for educational and informational purposes only.
You acknowledge that:
• Results vary for each individual.
• Success depends on your personal commitment, effort, skills and circumstances.
• No specific results, earnings, follower growth, client bookings or outcomes are guaranteed.
• Past success does not guarantee future success.
Your outcomes are your responsibility.
3. Non-Refundable Purchases
Due to the digital and service-based nature of the products, all sales are final.
• No refunds
• No order cancellations
• No transfers
• No exchanges
Once a purchase is made, you will not be eligible for a refund.
For 1:1 calls or services, rescheduling may be available at Aqsa’s discretion but refunds are not offered, unless requested in writing at the discretion of Aqsa Akram.
4. Personal Responsibility & Behaviour
By purchasing, you agree that:
• You are responsible for implementing what you learn.
• You will use your own judgement and seek professional advice where necessary.
• You will behave respectfully in any live calls, groups, DMs or communication channels.
• The Social Connection reserves the right to remove anyone who displays disrespectful, harmful, or disruptive behaviour without refund.
5. Access & Usage
Depending on your purchase, you may receive:
• digital downloads
• links to materials
• access to a portal
• replay recordings
• booking links
• live call details
You agree that:
• You are responsible for saving and storing your materials.
• Access links must not be shared with anyone else.
• Some offers include lifetime access; others include time-limited access, which will be specified in the product description.
If access is time-limited, this will be clearly stated on the sales page.
6. Confidentiality
Any conversations, client stories, coaching discussions, examples or behind-the-scenes teaching shared inside any product or service are confidential and must not be shared externally.
If you participate in group programs, you must also respect the privacy of other participants.
7. Legal Disclaimer
Nothing provided by The Social Connection constitutes:
• financial advice
• legal advice
• tax advice
• psychological or medical advice
Any decisions you make are entirely your own.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for your finances, business decisions and actions.
8. Coaching & Support Boundaries (For Calls or Programs)
For 1:1 calls, sessions or programs:
• You must attend your session on time.
• Missed sessions may be forfeited at the discretion of The Social Connection.
• Coaching does not continue beyond the agreed timeframe unless additional support is purchased.
• Voxer, WhatsApp, DM or email support is only included if explicitly stated.
9. Modification of Terms
The Social Connection reserves the right to update, amend or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued access or use of products or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Final Note
