The Social Club Accelerator Course Terms & Conditions
1. Hosting and Access:
The Social Club Accelerator course ("The Course") is hosted on Zoom. Communication between course facilitators and participants will take place via Slack.
2. Payment Terms:
The cost of The Course is $799 USD when paid in full, or can be made in three installments of $299 USD. All payments must be made via credit card.
3. Failure to Pay:
If a payment cannot be processed, the outstanding balance may be sent to collection, and you may be denied access to The Course until the balance is paid in full.
4. Intellectual Property Rights:
The Social Agency retains all intellectual property rights to The Course materials. This includes, but is not limited to, workbooks, digital templates, and any additional materials provided during the course. Unauthorized sharing or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.
5. Consequences of Infringement:
If a participant is found to be infringing upon the intellectual property rights of The Social Agency by sharing or distributing course materials without permission, they may be subject to legal action.
6. Refund Policy:
Please note that we do not offer refunds for The Course. By purchasing The Course, you agree to this policy.
7. Use of Course Materials:
Materials from The Course may be shared internally within your agency's team. However, distribution of course materials outside your organization is strictly prohibited.
8. Prohibited Actions:
Forwarding recordings or other materials provided as part of The Course is strictly prohibited. Legal action may be pursued in the event of violation of this rule.
