PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY FOR LIFESTYLE NUTRITION, LLC DBA THE WHOLISTIC SIREN

All classes, private individual and private group sessions, programs, readings, one on one sessions and events must be paid for in full and in advance on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon receipt of payment, your appointment will be scheduled and confirmed.

Payments for all sessions, readings, events, classes, workshops, and programs are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable. This applies regardless of whether you choose to complete the service. Choosing not to proceed with or complete a service does not constitute grounds for a refund.

In the event that Jaclyn Jacobsen must cancel due to illness, unforeseen circumstances, or scheduling changes, no refunds will be issued. However, expedited alternative date(s) will be offered to reschedule the session or event.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

If you need to reschedule a session, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. Failure to provide this notice will result in the forfeiture of the session without refund.

RIGHT TO REFUSE OR DISCONTINUE SERVICES

Lifestyle Nutrition, LLC dba The Wholistic Siren and Jaclyn Jacobsen reserve the right to refuse, reschedule, or discontinue services at any time and at their sole discretion if it is determined that the working relationship is no longer beneficial or aligned. This includes, but is not limited to, instances involving:

  • Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior

  • Breach of agreed-upon terms

  • Situations compromising the integrity or energy of the practice

In such cases, the payment and refund policy remains in effect, and no refunds will be issued.

NON-DISPARAGEMENT CLAUSE

By engaging with Lifestyle Nutrition, LLC dba The Wholistic Siren and Jaclyn Jacobsen, clients agree not to publicly or privately disparage, defame, or misrepresent the services, business practices, or reputation of Lifestyle Nutrition, LLC dba The Wholistic Siren or Jaclyn Jacobsen, whether during or after the professional relationship.
