Thrive Neurodivergent Parent Coaching

32 steps FREE guide

32 steps FREE guide

Has your child suddenly stopped eating foods they used to love?

Do they only eat a handful of “safe foods”? Do they gag, refuse new foods or become distressed at mealtimes?

Have you been told:

  • “They’re not underweight, so they don’t meet the criteria for support.”

  • “It’s just fussy eating.”

  • “Keep offering the food and they’ll eat when they’re hungry.”

  • “Come back if they lose weight.”

If any of that sounds familiar, this free guide is for you.

Inside, you’ll discover the 32 Steps to Eating – a framework that helps you understand where your child is currently comfortable, so you can stop focusing on getting them to eat and start supporting them without pressure.

This guide will help you:

✓ Understand why eating starts long before taking a bite.

✓ Identify which step your child is currently on.

✓ See food refusal from a completely different perspective.

✓ Support your child in a way that feels safe, respectful and neurodiversity-affirming.

Whether your child eats two foods or twenty, this guide is designed to help you understand where to begin.

Download your free guide today and take the first step towards calmer, less stressful mealtimes.
