Does your child eat the same handful of foods on repeat?

Do you buy the EXACT same brands, make separate meals and take safe foods everywhere because you never know if there’ll be anything they can eat?

Have you tried “just one bite”, repeated exposure, hiding foods, rewards, removing alternatives… and somehow eating has only become MORE stressful?

Beyond the Plate is for you.

This isn’t about making your child eat.

It’s about understanding WHY eating is difficult and learning how to support them without turning every mealtime into a battle.

In this workshop you’ll learn:

• Why your child may be struggling with food
• The sensory side of eating
• Why pressure can make food refusal worse
• The 32 Steps to Eating and why eating is only the final step
• How to explore food AWAY from mealtimes
• How to use safe foods and sensory preferences to guide what you try next
• How to recognise progress even when your child hasn’t eaten the food

You’ll leave understanding where your child is now, what progress can actually look like, and what you can start doing at home.

What parents have said:

“This completely changed the way I look at my child’s eating. I came away understanding WHY they struggle instead of feeling like I was constantly doing something wrong.”

“For the first time, I actually know what to do next. It was practical, realistic and made me realise there is so much progress happening before my child ever takes a bite.”

Because feeding support doesn’t just happen at mealtimes.

Sometimes the biggest progress happens Beyond the Plate.
