EHCP Draft Strengthening Package

EHCP Draft Strengthening Package

£150£200

6 items left

You’ve got your draft EHCP…

but something doesn’t feel right.

You’re reading it thinking:

  • “This sounds vague…”

  • “Is this actually enough?”

  • “What if I miss something?”

And you’ve got 15 days to get it right.

Because once it’s finalised,

it becomes much harder to change.

This bundle is here to protect your child’s provision properly, before it’s too late.

This isn’t just a review.

This is about making sure your child’s EHCP is:

  • clear

  • specific

  • enforceable

  • and actually reflects what they need

What you get

1. 30 minute strategy call

We start with a focused 1:1 call where we:

  • go through your child’s profile

  • identify what’s missing or unclear

  • pinpoint exactly where the draft is weak

  • prioritise what actually matters

No fluff. No overwhelm. Just clarity.

2. Full review of your draft EHCP

I go through your entire EHCP carefully, checking:

  • Does Section B clearly describe needs?

  • Does Section F match those needs?

  • Is provision specific and quantified?

  • Is the wording actually protective?

  • Are there vague phrases like:

    • “access to”

    • “opportunities for”

    • “as required”

  • Is anything important missing?

You’ll get clear written feedback explaining what needs strengthening and why.

3. Rewritten Section F (key areas)

This is the most important part.

I rewrite key parts of Section F so they are:

  • specific

  • quantified

  • clear on frequency

  • clear on who delivers it

  • legally enforceable

This is wording you can directly submit.

4. Amendment email (ready to send)

You’ll receive a clear, professional amendment email that:

  • lists your requested changes

  • uses the right language

  • is firm without being confrontational

You can copy, paste, and send.

5. Tribunal-readiness guidance

If I can see potential pushback, I’ll guide you on:

  • what evidence to gather now

  • what strengthens your position

  • what to expect next

So you’re not caught off guard.

Who this is for

This is for you if:

  • you’re in your 15-day draft window

  • something feels off but you’re not sure what

  • you don’t want to “just trust the process”

  • you want to get it right the first time

Important (so you know exactly what you’re getting)

This bundle does not include:

  • tribunal representation

  • mediation attendance

  • full legal submissions

  • ongoing back-and-forth support

If you need that level, I’ll point you in the right direction.

What this gives you

  • clarity on what matters

  • confidence in what you’re submitting

  • stronger, enforceable wording

  • and peace of mind that you haven’t missed anything important

You do not have to figure this out on your own.

If you’re in your draft window, now is the time to act.
