No-code. Built for brains that think differently, and days that don't go as planned. One dashboard that adjusts to your energy, not the other way around.

Most productivity tools are built for one kind of brain, on one kind of day. This one isn't.
I built the Life Command Center for myself, in the middle of burnout recovery, while going through a move, a job search, and single parenting all at once. I needed something that could hold my whole life without expecting me to be at full capacity to use it. So instead of building another system that assumes a good day, I built one that works with a hard one.
This is a single dashboard for people whose capacity shifts, people recovering from burnout, and people whose brains think and learn differently. Instead of handing you a fixed list and expecting you to push through it, it checks in with how you're actually doing and adjusts what it shows you.
This is for you if:
You're recovering from burnout and need a system that won't push you back into it
You're neurodivergent or think and learn differently, and standard productivity tools have never fit
You're a founder, freelancer, or operator juggling more than one moving part at once
You want to actually use AI in your daily workflow, not just hear about it
You've tried planners and apps before and abandoned them by week two, every time
What you get, tab by tab:
Overview — current capacity at a glance, recent wins pulled automatically, progress by category
Energy — daily mood and body check-in that calculates real capacity and shapes what gets suggested to you
Audit — your energy patterns over time, so you see what your actual weeks look like instead of guessing
Tasks — organized by the areas of your real life, list and kanban views, dependencies, an AI-suggested order you can take or leave
Calendar — what's due, when
Voice — talk it out instead of typing; brain dump what's on your mind and get it turned into tasks
Settings — categories you can rename, recolor, archive, or delete anytime, light/dark themes, one-click backup
Nothing here locks you in. Categories, colors, structure, all of it bends to how you actually live.
How it works, and what it costs to run: This is the finished, ready-to-go dashboard, already built. You get a single file, upload it to a free hosting tool (instructions included), and it's live at your own private link in a few minutes. AI features run on your own Claude API key, a small ongoing cost typically a few dollars a month. Everything else runs with no ongoing cost.
This tier is the dashboard exactly as it is today, no future feature updates, though real bugs get fixed. Want to build your own instead? Check out the DIY Dashboard Guide.
