📄 TERMS & CONDITIONS – TIPS AND GIST LTD
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of all services offered by Tips and Gist LTD, including visa coaching, consultation sessions, document review, and other digital or advisory services.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
2. No-Refund Policy (All Sales Final)
2.1 All payments are 100% non-refundable.
Due to the nature of our digital and advisory services, all sales are final. Once payment is made, no refunds, cancellations, or reversals will be issued under any circumstance.
2.2 Non-Refundable Situations Include (but not limited to):
Change of mind
Customer unavailable or unprepared
Customer missed or forgot the session
Customer books the wrong service
Customer disagrees with processing times
Customer decides not to continue with application
Customer fails to provide correct documents
Dissatisfaction with outcome (visa approval is NOT guaranteed)
2.3 Chargeback Protection
Attempting a chargeback after accepting these terms is a violation of this agreement.
All evidence, including these Terms, receipts, emails, and service delivery, will be submitted to dispute investigators.
3. Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling
3.1 Booking Confirmation
Session is confirmed only after full payment.
3.2 Cancellation
Cancellations are not allowed. All bookings are final.
3.3 Rescheduling
Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before the session.
Failure to request on time = session forfeited with no refund.
3.4 No-Shows
If you fail to attend your session, the session is marked completed, and no refund or reschedule will be provided.
4. Service Requirements
Before booking, the client must have:
Complete and correct documents
Reliable internet connection
Computer or phone with video capability
Availability for the entire duration of the session
If you are unprepared, the session will still be counted as completed.
5. Service Delivery
Tips and Gist LTD provides:
Visa application coaching
Guidance on visa documentation
Advisory and recommendations
Digital templates or resources (if included)
We do not guarantee visa outcomes, as approval decisions are made solely by embassies and government authorities.
6.Client Responsibilities
The client is fully responsible for:
Accurate documents and information
Meeting application deadlines
Following instructions
Ensuring document authenticity
We are not liable for visa refusal due to incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent documents provided by the client.
7. No Guarantee Disclaimer
Tips and Gist LTD does not guarantee:
Our role is to provide guidance, not immigration authority decisions.
8. Intellectual Property
All documents, templates, materials, videos, or resources provided by Tips and Gist LTD are protected by copyright and may not be shared, copied, resold, or distributed.
9. Confidentiality
All client documents and discussions are treated as confidential.
Clients are also required to maintain confidentiality of all resources received.
