Housing Referral Finders Fee

This is the finders fee (non refundable) to start looking for the home. My fee is 1/2 the rent to give you my contact. I find the house, talk to the owner and get the approval. Once my fee is paid, I will then pass the information over to you. You will have to do your application, get approved and pay the rent and deposit of the home. I DO NOT GURANTEE YOU WILL GET APPROVED. These homes are just like getting approved. They have certain guidelines with credit and background. EVERY OWNER IS DIFFERENT. So, you know your history, background and credit. I DO NOT.
