This deposit is required prior to shipping the remote QEEG device.
Your package will include:
Mitsar EEG 05/70 201 amplifier
Comby or Waveguard 19-ch EEG cap
Ten20 paste or electroconductive gel
Plastic spatula or blunt gel syringe
Green USB dongle in plastic case for winEEG recording capability
USB cable for amplifier
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the kit back.
If the kit is returned late, a fee of $100 per day late will be incurred. This does not count for delays due to carrier error. Date of return is determined prior to shipping.
Please clean and dry the cap according to the provided instructions prior to shipping.
Refunded upon receipt of QEEG device setup.
