By purchasing products or services from Just Weight, LLC, doing business as Travel Bliss (“Company”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. No Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided for any product or service purchased from our Stan Store.

2. Intellectual Property

All products, services, content, materials, and information provided remain the intellectual property of Just Weight, LLC DBA Travel Bliss. These materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent from the Company.

3. Information Disclaimer

All content, information, and materials provided by the Company, including but not limited to instructional videos and written guides, are given as general opinions and suggestions. None of the information provided should be considered as legal, tax, or financial advice. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified attorney or certified public accountant (CPA) before making decisions based on any information provided.

4. Limitation of Liability

Just Weight, LLC DBA Travel Bliss shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or outcomes resulting from the use of any instructions, recommendations, or advice provided. Users assume full responsibility for the consequences of their actions based on any information provided by the Company.

5. Indemnification

By purchasing and using any of our products or services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Just Weight, LLC DBA Travel Bliss, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or connected with your use of the information provided.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

For trip related purchases:

Processing times may vary because trip research varies.
Quotes requested with next day turn around are considered RUSH and will be subject to a $25 rush fee.

All quotes are subject to change due to the price changes that happen every day! If you are not booking that week or that same day, your prices will more than likely not be the same. Once you have booked a service with me for your trip, you will get a new quote free of charge.  All sales are final unless otherwise noted by the travel provider.

Not included in the STANDARD EXPERIENCE: International / Domestic Airfare, personal expenses, Extra food and beverages that are not specified in the program, Tipping for Guide and Driver (not compulsory), any optional tours, anything not mentioned in the Itinerary and Inclusions, optional tours.
