Our $150 service fee covers full itinerary research, vendor coordination, booking logistics, and personalized travel curation — all baked into your total package cost.

Here is how it works:

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to initiate your custom proposal and begin logistics. The remaining $100 is applied once your travel selections and bookings are confirmed.

Excursions: Your first excursion booking fee is on us. Each additional excursion added to your itinerary carries a $25 booking fee per excursion. Please note this fee covers booking coordination only and does not include the cost of the excursion itself.

Once your deposit is submitted, you will hear from us within 48 hours to begin building your trip.
