By using this website or subscribing to The Opportunity Vault (OPV), you signify your consent to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the website or subscribe to OPV.
Your access to and use of this website, as well as all related websites operated by Bryana Dunn and WebWithDunn.LLC (which includes TravelwellDunn), is subject to the following terms and conditions (Terms of Use) and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing the site or subscribing to OPV, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms of Use and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and the site are superseded and of no force or effect.
1. Intellectual Property & Limited License
You acknowledge that The Opportunity Vault (OPV), all content, materials, brand opportunities, grants, resources, and digital products provided through the membership (collectively, the content) are maintained for your personal use by Bryana Dunn, WebWithDunn.LLC, and TravelwellDunn and are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
The Content includes but is not limited to: exclusive brand deal lists, grant opportunities, templates, training materials, digital downloads, and any other proprietary resources shared in OPV.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content solely for your personal and informational purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, sell, or share the Content without express written permission from WebWithDunn.LLC. Unauthorized distribution will result in immediate termination of your membership without refund and may lead to legal action.
Subscription & Payment Policy
OPV operates as a paid monthly subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the specified fee at the time of sign-up and on a recurring monthly basis until canceled.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products and exclusive opportunities provided, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including non-use of the service.
You must provide a valid payment method for the subscription fee. If your payment fails, access to OPV will be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
WebWithDunn.LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Any changes in pricing will be communicated in advance to active subscribers.
Content Sharing & Prohibited Use
The brand opportunities and grants shared within OPV are for your personal use only. You may not distribute, copy, sell, or publicly share any opportunities, templates, or proprietary materials outside of OPV.
Resale or redistribution of any OPV content is strictly prohibited. If found in violation, your membership will be terminated immediately without a refund.
Any use of OPV Content for commercial gain outside of personal application is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted by WebWithDunn.LLC.
User Conduct & Community Guidelines
To maintain a respectful and productive community, all OPV members agree to:
Engage professionally and respectfully within OPV discussions, events, or forums (if applicable).
Avoid any misuse of shared brand contacts or grant information, including but not limited to spamming, misrepresenting yourself, or violating any application terms of a listed opportunity.
Refrain from sharing login credentials or access with non-subscribers.
Any violations of these guidelines may result in immediate removal from OPV without refund.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
OPV provides brand opportunities and grant listings as informational resources. While WebWithDunn.LLC makes every effort to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee the availability, approval, or success of any opportunity listed.
WebWithDunn.LLC is not responsible for decisions made by third-party brands, grant providers, or sponsorship organizations.
The Company does not warrant that OPV or its Content will be error-free, uninterrupted, or guarantee specific financial results. Your success in securing brand deals or grants is dependent on your individual efforts and applications.
By subscribing, you acknowledge that all use of OPV Content is at your own discretion and risk.
6. Subscription Cancellation & Termination Policy
You may cancel your OPV subscription at any time through your account settings. However, cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued.
WebWithDunn.LLC reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time if you violate these Terms of Use. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts. If WebWithDunn.LLC discontinues OPV, active subscribers will be notified, and no further charges will be processed.
Privacy Policy & Data Security
WebWithDunn.LLC will not intentionally disclose personally identifiable information of OPV members to third parties except as required by law or in the enforcement of these Terms of Use.
We take reasonable security measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee complete protection from unauthorized third-party access.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Orange County, Florida.
Updates to Terms
WebWithDunn.LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to members via email.
Your continued use of OPV after any revisions constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
