**Terms and Conditions for Triple B Detailing LLC Car Detailing Services**
**1. Acceptance of Terms**
By booking a service with Triple B Detailing LLC , you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern all transactions and services provided by Triple B Detailing LLC and ensure clarity between the business and its customers.
**2. Services Offered**
Triple B Detailing LLC provides professional car detailing services, including but not limited to exterior washing, interior cleaning, paint correction, ceramic coating and specialized detailing packages. All services are subject to availability, and pricing may vary based on the size and condition of the vehicle.
**3. Booking and Deposit**
To secure a booking, a deposit is required at the time of scheduling. This deposit guarantees your appointment slot and the allocation of resources.
**Non-refundable Deposit:** All deposits made are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or rescheduling. By placing a deposit, you confirm your commitment to the scheduled service. You are welcome to reschedule with 72 hours notice and the deposit may be used for that new appointment 1 time.
**4. Payment Terms**
Payment for services is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. Prices may vary based on the condition of the vehicle and any additional services requested at the time of service.
**5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy**
We understand that sometimes schedules change. However, due to the nature of our business and to accommodate all customers fairly, we require the following notice for any cancellations or rescheduling:
**72-Hour Notice:** Any cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to provide this notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and additional fees may apply for rescheduling.
**6. Late Arrivals and No-Shows**
If you are more than 60 minutes late to your appointment without prior communication, we reserve the right to reschedule your service, and your deposit may be forfeited. No-shows will also result in the loss of the deposit.
**7. Vehicle Condition**
The condition of the vehicle before service may affect the pricing and time required to complete the job. Any additional services needed beyond the original booking will be discussed with the customer prior to commencement. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or other unexpected conditions may incur additional fees.
**8. Liability**
Triple B Detailing takes the utmost care in providing detailing services. However, we are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint defects, or mechanical issues. We will notify you of any damage discovered during the detailing process.
**9. Personal Items**
We kindly ask that you remove all personal belongings from your vehicle prior to your appointment. Triple B Detailing LLC is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle during the service.
**10. Changes to Terms**
Triple B Detailing LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or at the time of booking.
