Terms and Conditions for Virtual Meeting Bookings
By booking a Tarot or Astrology reading with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Payment
All virtual readings must be booked in advance via our store platform. Payment for the reading is required at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We do not automatically issue refunds unless the cancellation is due to our fault. This includes situations where we must cancel the reading due to an emergency or a failure in our technology. In such cases, we will offer you the option to reschedule or issue an immediate refund.
If you wish to reschedule your reading, you may do so for free up until 24 hours before the scheduled time.
If you wish to cancel your reading, you may do so up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
If you request a reschedule once the 24 hours prior to your reading has passed, cancel it less than 48 hours prior your session will be considered cancelled. In these cases no refund will be issued.

3. No Show Policy
If you fail to attend the scheduled reading without prior notice, your session will be considered a no-show. In such cases, you will not be permitted to reschedule, and no refund will be issued.
4. Recording of Readings
Please let us know in advance if you would like your reading to be recorded. Readings are not automatically recorded, and we hold no responsibility for any parts of the reading you may miss or wish to revisit.
There will be no redo of the reading if any parts are missed, so please ensure you’re fully present for the session.
5. Responsibility for Actions
By booking a reading, you acknowledge that our services are for spiritual guidance only. Any decisions or actions you take after the reading are your sole responsibility.
Our readings are not to be interpreted as legal, medical, financial, or pregnancy advice. We strongly recommend seeking professional advice for any of these matters.
6. Technical Issues
While we aim to ensure that all technology used for virtual readings is functioning properly, we are not responsible for any technical issues that may arise on your end, including poor internet connection or malfunctioning devices.
7. Privacy
Your personal data will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of scheduling and conducting your reading. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

If you wish to change your question, please send us an email before your reading is delivered to you.
If you do not send an email requesting a change of question, we will not issue a refund once the reading is delivered.
If you would like to cancel your reading request for a refund please send us an email as soon as possible, once the reading has been completed and delivered there will be no refund offered.
In the case of purchasing the Horary Astrology Reading, it is our responsibility and ethical conduct to understand if your question's chart follows a set of necessary rules to be satisfactorily answered. If it does not, your money will be refunded and and an explanation provided.
