Terms & Conditions
Booking Policy:
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your session. Deposits are applied toward your total service balance. Appointments are not confirmed until your deposit is received.
Refund Policy:
No refunds will be issued unless Unik Touch LLC cancels your appointment.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made 24–47 hours in advance are eligible for a partial refund (deposit forfeited or 50% of payment refunded, depending on service type).
Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals (15+ minutes) will forfeit all payments and may be denied future bookings.
Rescheduling:
Rescheduling is allowed once per booking if requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Any reschedule requests made under 24 hours will be treated as a cancellation.
Professional Conduct:
Unik Touch is a licensed, professional massage and wellness service. We offer therapeutic and relaxation-based sessions only.
Any inappropriate behavior, language, or requests—including but not limited to sexual remarks or requests for “happy endings”—will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
Such incidents may also lead to permanent banning from future services and, if necessary, law enforcement notification.
Privacy & Security:
All client information, conversations, and booking details are kept strictly confidential.
Cameras and security measures are in place for the safety and protection of both clients and staff.
Any form of harassment, threats, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises and potential legal action.
Agreement:
By booking with Unik Touch, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined above.
