For two decades, I honed my skills as an Executive Human Resource Leader within a top-tier Fortune 100 company - guiding global teams, navigating complex transformations, and helping high-potential talent rise. Through my journey, I saw the same patterns over and over: managers thrown into leadership with zero training, engagement on the decline, and HR leaders asking, “why don’t they get it?” But no one was jumping in to help.
