Terms & Conditions
By purchasing from or submitting an order request through VIIEU Digital Downloads, also referred to as VDD, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase, download, submit an order request, or use this site.
VIIEU Digital Downloads provides editable digital templates, custom party favor designs, printed party favor packaging, filled party favors, and related creative services. The website/store for these products and services is:

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final. No refunds are offered once a digital file, template link, download, Canva link, or digital access has been delivered or accessed.
Digital products are for the buyer’s personal use unless a commercial-use license is purchased. Customers may not resell, share, copy, redistribute, upload, or claim VDD/VIIEU templates or designs as their own.
Canva Access & Charges
Some templates may require a free or paid Canva account to edit, download, or access certain design elements. VDD/VIIEU is not responsible for any Canva charges, Canva Pro fees, premium element fees, subscriptions, billing issues, account access issues, or changes made by Canva.
Customers are responsible for reviewing Canva’s pricing, terms, and account requirements before editing, downloading, printing, or using templates.
Custom Orders
Custom orders include, but are not limited to, filled party favors, unfilled party favors, custom digital designs, custom Canva templates, printed favors, labels, wrappers, signs, and personalized party items.
All filled and unfilled custom orders require a $35 non-refundable design/setup fee. This fee covers design preparation, theme setup, layout work, customization, proof creation, order preparation, and up to two minor revisions.
After two revisions, additional revisions are $15 per revision.
A deposit may be required to begin custom orders unless the order is paid in full or completed through an approved third-party payment option such as Zip or another payment plan provider.
Payment Plans and Third-Party Payments
If a customer chooses to use a third-party payment option such as Zip, the payment arrangement is between the customer and the third-party payment provider. Using a payment plan does not change VDD/VIIEU’s policies.
Payment plans do not change the refund policy, cancellation policy, proof approval process, turnaround time, rush policy, or custom order terms.
VDD/VIIEU is not responsible for payment issues, account issues, approval decisions, processing delays, declined payments, or service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, including but not limited to Zip, Stripe, PayPal, Stan.store, or any other payment or checkout provider.
No-Refund Policy
All custom and digital sales are final once any of the following has occurred:
design work has started
a proof has been created or sent
materials or supplies have been purchased
printing has started
assembly has started
the order has been completed
a digital file has been delivered
a Canva link or digital template has been accessed
Design/setup fees, rush fees, custom work fees, revision fees, digital products, payment processing fees, and completed custom orders are non-refundable.
If VDD/VIIEU makes an error, VDD/VIIEU will correct the issue when possible. Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled at VDD/VIIEU’s discretion.
Proof Approval Policy
Customers are responsible for reviewing all spelling, names, dates, ages, colors, wording, photos, theme details, and order information before approving a proof.
The $35 design/setup fee includes up to two minor revisions. Minor revisions may include small text corrections, color adjustments, or simple detail updates.
After two revisions, additional revisions are $15 per revision.
Once a proof is approved, VDD/VIIEU is not responsible for customer-provided errors. Changes requested after proof approval may require an additional fee.
Quantity Policy
Each selected party favor item includes a quantity of 12 of the same item.
Example:
1 item = 12 chip bags
No mix-and-match is allowed within one item selection.
Example not allowed:
2 water bottles + 10 chip bags as one item
Example allowed:
12 chip bags
or
12 chip bags + 12 water bottles
Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time begins after all required information, payment, design details, photos, wording, and approvals have been received.
Turnaround times may vary based on order size, supply availability, design complexity, revisions, and current order volume.
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Rush fees are non-refundable.
Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details, including names, dates, ages, colors, spelling, event information, pickup/shipping information, and design preferences.
VDD/VIIEU is not responsible for delays or errors caused by missing, late, or incorrect customer information.
Intellectual Property
All templates, graphics, layouts, designs, files, images, wording, product photos, mockups, and creative materials created by VDD/VIIEU remain the property of VIIEU Digital Downloads unless otherwise stated in writing.
Customers may not copy, resell, distribute, reproduce, share, or claim VDD/VIIEU designs, templates, digital files, or creative work as their own.
Commercial use is only allowed when a commercial-use license has been purchased. Commercial use allows the customer to sell finished physical products only. It does not allow resale, sharing, or redistribution of editable digital templates or design files.
Site and Service Disclaimer
VDD/VIIEU makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product details, pricing, descriptions, and store information. However, VDD/VIIEU does not guarantee that all information will always be free from errors, delays, interruptions, or technical issues.
VDD/VIIEU is not responsible for problems caused by third-party websites, payment processors, file platforms, Canva, Stan.store, internet service providers, email providers, or other outside services.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Agreement
By purchasing, downloading, accessing a digital file, submitting an order request, approving a proof, or using this store, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
