This is a casual 60-minute 1:1 for music, creativity, content, artist life, and questions you want to talk through with me directly.

This is conversation and creative perspective. It does not include therapy, crisis support, a written strategy deliverable, or ongoing project work.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Email val@valmerza.com at least 24 hours before your session to reschedule without a fee. With less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you miss the session, it counts as used. If an emergency comes up, let me know; I’ll consider exceptions case by case.

If I cancel your session, you can choose a replacement session or a refund for that session.
