WFH Remote Empireâ„¢ provides educational resources, job leads, resume templates, coaching, and career guidance.
We do not guarantee:
Employment
Job offers
Interviews
Salary levels
Hiring decisions
Your results depend on your experience, qualifications, effort, market conditions, and employer requirements.
3. Member Responsibility
Members are responsible for:
Completing job applications
Attending interviews
Following up with employers
Maintaining professional conduct
Ensuring all information submitted to employers is accurate
WFH Remote Empireâ„¢ does not attend interviews, complete assessments, or accept employment offers on behalf of members.
4. Payment Policy
All membership fees are charged according to the pricing plan selected at checkout.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments until your membership is canceled.
Annual memberships are billed once per year.
Monthly memberships are billed monthly.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, services, templates, resources, and community access, all sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for:
Membership fees
Digital downloads
Coaching sessions
Templates
Training materials
Community access
Exceptions may be made only at the sole discretion of management.
6. Community Conduct
Members agree to:
Treat others respectfully
Avoid harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
Refrain from spamming, soliciting, or promoting unrelated services
Respect the privacy of other members
WFH Remote Empireâ„¢ reserves the right to remove members who violate community guidelines without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All templates, training materials, videos, documents, guides, resources, branding, and content within the community remain the property of WFH Remote Empireâ„¢.
Members may not:
Resell content
Share paid content outside the community
Reproduce materials for commercial use
Distribute templates or resources to non-members
Unauthorized sharing may result in immediate removal and possible legal action.
8. Confidentiality
Members agree not to share private coaching discussions, community information, member information, or proprietary materials outside the community.
9. Limitation of Liability
WFH Remote Empireâ„¢, its owners, moderators, coaches, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of community resources or participation in the program.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the community constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
