By using this website or making a purchase, you signify your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
Your access to and use of this website, as well as all related websites operated by Wellness Chick Confidence Coaching LLC and Amy Robinson (including the Stan Store) (collectively, the “Site”) is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”) and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms.
1. Ownership of Content
All content, training materials, videos, audio, resources, and documents (the “Content”) provided by Wellness Chick Confidence Coaching LLC (“the Company”) are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for personal use only.
Copying, distributing, republishing, or using Content for commercial purposes without written permission from the Company is strictly prohibited.
2. Community Standards & Member Responsibility
This Site and community spaces are maintained to provide a safe, respectful environment for growth and empowerment. By participating, you agree to:
Honor integrity, accountability, and transparency in your communication.
Respect confidentiality—what is shared in the community stays within the community.
Take full responsibility for your membership decisions, including cancellations and re-enrollments.
Follow instructions and posted policies before asking questions, to keep the flow smooth for all members.
Treat all participants with respect. Comparison, competition, or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of access without refund.
3. Membership, Programs, and Digital Products
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, memberships, coaching programs, and courses, there are no refunds under any circumstances.
Memberships and programs may be cancelled at any time, but cancellation results in immediate loss of access to content, community, and your current pricing.
Re-enrollment will always be at the current rate. Founder or promotional pricing is not guaranteed once cancelled.
Special circumstances or exceptions are rare and may only be authorized by Amy Robinson directly.
4. Payments & Pricing
You agree to pay all fees as outlined at the time of purchase. This includes all coaching agreements made during discovery calls.
All fees must be paid on time, and you must provide a valid payment method.
Prices for products and services may change at any time. The Company does not provide price protection or retroactive discounts.
5. Coaching & Calls
If your purchase includes 1:1 or group calls, it is your responsibility to schedule them.
All session bookings are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel, you must email amy@wellnesschickcoaching.com with the subject “CALL CANCELLATION” at least 48 hours before your scheduled call.
Calls not cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours are forfeited.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Site and all Content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
The Company makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, income, or results from use of the Site or participation in programs. Your success depends on your own commitment, effort, and execution.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or interruptions caused by third-party providers (such as Stripe, web hosts, or other software services).
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your participation in community spaces.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Orange County, Florida for any disputes.
9. Policy Updates
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Acknowledgment
By accessing the Site, enrolling in a program, or participating in the community, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
