⭐️ Haven Facilities are open March to November, however some outdoor play spaces may be open to Out of Season Guests in late November, December and early January (eg. Rorys Park near the Airspace)⭐️
Our Holiday Home features an outdoor decked area with gate, outdoor wicker furniture with parasole and outdoor BBQ. We will provide you with 1 Bag of Coal per booking between April to September.
Our Nautical Themed Living Room features a drop leaf dining room table with chairs, spacious sofa, nest of coffee tables, Tv with Sky Cinema, Sky Entertainment, Netflix, Disney+ and more, electric fire place, FREE Wifi and a PS2 games console for use at quiet times. Gas Central heating throughout. This room also has a pull out Double bed.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with gas oven & hob, microwave, Air Fryer, toaster, kettle, undercounter freezer, full sized fridge, washing machine, first aid box and all kitchen equipment provided.
The Bathroom features a shower, bath mat, utility draws and mirrors, toilet rolls and cleaning products.
The Master Bedroom features a Double Bed, made up for arrival, Bed linen, Towels and soap included, 24 Inch Tv with Roku and night lights. Double wardrobe with hangers and small storage draws. We have left board games and a baby bath on top of the wardrobe for your use during your stay.
Bedroom 2 - Giraffes in the Jungle Room features two single beds which can be made into a double upon request, bed linen, towels and soap made up for arrival. The room has a 24 inch Tv with Freeview, night lights and a single wardrobe with hangers for storage. In the wardrobe you will find airers to dry clothes. This room is adaptable to accommodate adults as well as children.
Bedroom 3 - Lion Cubs in the Savannah Room features a single bed and space for our travel cot and cot mattress or Small Single Zed Bed if requested. These will be made up for arrival with bed linen and towels. This room also features a 24 Inch Roku Tv loaded with Tv Apps. This room can also be used to store luggage cases if a smaller family is staying. We also have a High Chair, Bed Guard, Potty, Step, Steriliser and bottle warmer.
Towels - We will provide each guest with a Hand Towel and Bath Towel. You may take our towels to the pool as they are labelled but please dont take them home. If you or any member of your party are likely to have a spray tan, please bring extra towels for them to avoid any damage. Alternatively if you prefer a bath sheet, please bring one with you.
We will also provide you with Tea Towels, Oven Gloves, Toilet Roll, Kitchen Roll and bin bags. Washing Pods, Washing up liquid, sponge, cleaning clothes, kitchen and bathroom spray and toilet cleaner as well as a hoover and mop and bucket incase you need them.
Arrival - we will contact you 24 hours before your arrival with our Key Safe Code and WiFi password. We have provided an information folder with details on operating appliances as well as places to visit and places to eat on and off the park.
There is an Aldi Supermarket just down the road from the park as well as a convenience store on site (seasonal only) for any essentials you may need.
There is a family Pub Restaurant just up the road - The Comet, The Catch Fish & Chips take away opposite the junction down from the park, Costa Coffee & Greggs next to Aldi.
⭐️ Bannatyne Spa is just a 12 mins drive away. Its classed as a Standard Plus with many deals on Wowcher.
Once you have booked, we will contact you for details of those staying. We will need to know names of all adults with phone numbers, how many children over 5, how many children under 5, if you require our travel cot and how you will be arriving. If you are arriving by car we will need to register your car's number plate with the park. This can be changed at any time before your arrival.
We will also send you a link to purchase Entertainment passes for the Live Lounge and swimming, if you are staying between March and November.
⭐️ Your Booking MUST be Mon - Fri (4 Nights), Fri - Mon (3 Nights), Mon - Mon (7 Nights), Sat - Sat (7 Nights) or Fri - Fri (7 Nights) to be able to purchase Entertainment passes during in open season.
Our booking system has been set to match Haven Check-In and Check Out Days, if you do not require a Pass please message us so that we can change the setting for you.
Anytime Check Out on a Thursday or Sunday is charged at £45.
Please see final photos of charges for this. These are not essential if you do not wish to use the indoor pool or live lounge entertainment.
Smoking/ Vaping is not permitted inside our Holiday Home, however we have provided a metal Urn, on the decking, to use as an Ash tray for any guests who are smokers. If you are a family without smokers, please could you let us know so we can remove the Urn from the property.
Candles - Candles with a naked flame (excluding Birthday Candles) are NOT permitted for use in our holiday home. We have provided LED Battery Candle Lanterns for Guest use, should you need a candle/s during your stay.
