WEALTH BUILDING FOR THE NEXT GENERATION
Give the next generation more than money. Give them the knowledge, habits, biblical foundation and practical understanding to know what to do with money when it enters their hands.
YAT Young Wealth Builders is a 4-week mentorship programme designed to introduce young people to the principles that actually build wealth: financial discipline, income creation, ownership, investing, compounding and the biblical responsibility that comes with managing money.
The earlier a young person understands money, the more time they have to make it work for them.
A young person who begins earning at 16, 18 or 21 should not have to wait until their 30s or 40s to discover investing, assets, cash flow, entrepreneurship or the power of compound growth.
That education can begin now.
Over four weeks, I work directly with the young person to help them understand money beyond simply earning and spending it.
WEEK 1 — MONEY, FAITH & FINANCIAL MINDSET
We begin with the foundation: what money is, what the Bible teaches about stewardship, responsibility, diligence and multiplication, and why money should be treated as a resource rather than the source.
They begin examining their own relationship with money and understanding that income alone does not create wealth. Behaviour matters. Discipline matters. Knowledge matters. What they repeatedly do with money matters.
WEEK 2 — SAVING, CASH FLOW & FINANCIAL DISCIPLINE
Now we move into the numbers.
What comes in?
What goes out?
What remains?
What are they building?
They learn how to manage income, save intentionally, understand needs and wants, avoid lifestyle inflation and begin giving every pound a purpose.
The objective is to establish strong financial habits before adult responsibilities become expensive financial mistakes.
WEEK 3 — INCOME, ENTREPRENEURSHIP & OWNERSHIP
This week expands their thinking beyond simply getting a job and receiving a salary.
We look at skills, ideas, entrepreneurship, creating value, multiple sources of income, business ownership and the difference between earning money and owning assets.
I want young people to understand early that their knowledge, creativity and skills can have economic value.
WEEK 4 — INVESTING & BUILDING WEALTH
This is where we begin the investment journey.
We explore shares, funds, ETFs, bonds, cash, property, business ownership, diversification, risk, return, inflation and compound growth.
They begin understanding the difference between saving money and putting money into assets with the potential to grow over time.
And where appropriate, we begin looking at their own money.
If they are already earning, the conversation becomes practical: how much are they keeping, what are they saving, what could eventually be invested, and what habits can they begin building now?
The objective is not for them to leave knowing a few financial terms.
I want them to leave understanding how money is earned, managed, multiplied, invested and protected.
That is the difference between simply receiving money and knowing how to build with it.
Every booking also includes a complimentary signed copy of my book:
Teach Your Children Your Habits, Not Your Inheritance.

We pass on the money and we pass on the process.
The habits.
The discipline.

The investment understanding.
The blueprint.
