This storefront offers different products with different purchase terms and permitted uses. You agree only to the product-specific terms applicable to the item or items you purchase. Purchasing one product does not enroll you in another product or affiliate program.

Purchases of “The Blueprint: From 9–5 to Building Our Online Business” are governed by The Blueprint Terms of Purchase linked below. Those terms are incorporated into this agreement for Blueprint purchases.

The Blueprint is sold by You Deserve Freedom LLC. Purchasing it does not grant affiliate status, community membership, private label rights, master resale rights, or permission to redistribute the materials.
The affiliate agreement appearing below does not apply to The Blueprint. References in that agreement to affiliates, programs, communities, commissions, owners, or founders do not create obligations or rights for Blueprint purchasers.

MADE FROM ZERO AND SWC
The affiliate agreement below applies exclusively to Made from Zero and SWC, as applicable to the program purchased and the purchaser’s participation. It does not expand or replace any rights or obligations established by the applicable program owner’s authorized agreements.
SCOPE AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
This product-specific scope controls over any broader wording elsewhere on this page. No provision removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
AFFILIATE AGREEMENT — MADE FROM ZERO AND SWC ONLY
Affiliate Agreement, Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: Upon Purchase
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING OR PARTICIPATING.
This Affiliate Agreement and Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between the purchaser and/or affiliate ("Affiliate," "Member," "you," or "your") and the owner/founder and operator of the specific Program purchased ("Owner", "Founder", "Company," "Program," "we," "our," or "us").
Each Program available through this storefront is independently owned and operated. By purchasing a Program, you acknowledge and agree that this Agreement applies to the Company that owns and operates the specific Program you purchased.
By purchasing this digital Program, enrolling as an Affiliate, accessing the digital materials, or participating in the Community, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the terms contained herein.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCT PURCHASE
This is a digital educational product and business training program.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing immediate access to valuable digital content, intellectual property, training materials, resources, community access, and affiliate opportunities.
Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
2. NO REFUNDS • NO EXCHANGES
Due to the immediate delivery and irrevocable nature of digital products and proprietary educational materials:
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL.
There shall be:
No refunds
No exchanges
No credits
No chargeback approvals
No cancellations based upon dissatisfaction
No refunds for lack of participation
No refunds for failure to complete the program
No refunds based upon perceived or actual results
You understand that you are purchasing access to proprietary digital assets that possess independent commercial value upon delivery.
By proceeding with your purchase, you expressly waive any claim for a refund except where required by applicable law.
3. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
This program provides educational training, resources, systems, and support.
We do not guarantee:
Income
Earnings
Sales
Leads
Business growth
Affiliate commissions
Financial success
Social media growth
Any specific results
Your results depend upon numerous factors including, but not limited to:
Your effort
Your consistency
Your experience
Your business decisions
Market conditions
Platform algorithms
Personal circumstances
Past or current success of other students or affiliates shall never be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of future earnings.
4. PRIVATE RESOLUTION OF CONCERNS
If an Affiliate has a concern, complaint, or dispute, they agree to communicate privately with an administrator before making any public statements.
Affiliates agree not to post complaints, accusations, grievances, or disputes int the community wall or in any Company-operated community spaces.
5. AFFILIATE STANDARDS OF CONDUCT
As an Affiliate, you acknowledge that you are publicly representing the program/community/owners/founders.
Affiliates agree to conduct themselves with honesty, professionalism, integrity, and respect at all times.
Affiliates shall refrain from any conduct that could reasonably damage the reputation of program/community/owners/founders.
6. COMMUNITY EXPECTATIONS
To maintain a positive learning environment, Affiliates agree to:
Treat all members respectfully.
Encourage fellow members.
Foster a supportive community culture.
Follow administrator instructions.
Conduct themselves professionally within the community and on public platforms while representing program/community/owners/founders.
7. NO HARASSMENT
Harassment of any kind is strictly prohibited.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Bullying
Intimidation
Personal attacks
Threats
Gossip
Retaliation
Disruptive conduct
Harassment through private messages
Harassment on livestreams
Harassment on social media
Harassment of administrators or moderators
Harassment of community members outside the community
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination.
8. NO DEFAMATION
Affiliates agree not to make or publish any false, misleading, malicious, defamatory, or disparaging statements regarding program/community/owners/founders.
This applies to all public and private communications, including but not limited to:
Social media
Livestreams
Emails
Text messages
Online forums
Community posts
Podcasts
Videos
Owners/Founders reserves all legal rights available under applicable law regarding defamatory statements.
9. NO SPAMMING OR UNSOLICITED CONTACT
Affiliates agree not to:
Spam community members
Send unsolicited promotional messages
Cold message members for personal gain
Add members to outside groups without consent
Harvest contact information from the community
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All program materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of program owners/founders.
No portion of the program may be:
Copied
Shared
Uploaded
Reproduced
Distributed
Republished
Recorded
Resold
Licensed
Given away
Except as expressly authorized through the owners/founders Affiliate Program.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
11. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary business strategies, internal resources, training materials, community discussions, and any confidential information disclosed within program/community.
12. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
Owners/Founders/Program Admins reserves the sole and absolute discretion to suspend, revoke, or permanently terminate access to the Program, Community, and/or Affiliate Program if an Affiliate:
Violates this Agreement
Engages in harassment
Defames the Company
Solicits members
Promotes competing products without permission
Damages the community environment
Violates Company policies
Blocks administrators in an effort to interfere with communication regarding policy enforcement
Acts in a manner the Company reasonably determines to be harmful to its business, members, or reputation
Termination may occur without prior notice.
Removal from the Program or Community shall not entitle the Affiliate to any refund, credit, or reimbursement.
13. COMMISSIONS
Affiliate commissions are earned only in accordance with the current program compensation plan.
Owners/Founders reserves the right to:
Modify commission structures
Change promotional campaigns
Update affiliate policies
Correct payment errors
Delay commissions pending fraud review
Withhold commissions obtained through deceptive or prohibited practices
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to participation in the Program, Affiliate Program, Community, or use of any digital materials.
15. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless owners/founders and its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, expenses, or attorney’s fees arising from your conduct, your violation of this Agreement, or your misuse of the Program or Community.
16. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
Owners/Founders reserves the right to amend or update this Agreement at any time.
Continued participation in the Program, Community, or Affiliate Program following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
17. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which program is organized and conducts its principal business, without regard to conflict of law principles.
18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding participation in the Program/Community and Affiliate Program and supersedes any prior oral or written communications relating to its subject matter.
19. FTC DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS
Affiliates are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local advertising, marketing, and consumer protection laws, including, but not limited to, the Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) Endorsement Guides and all applicable truth-in-advertising regulations.
Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their material relationship with program/community whenever promoting, recommending, or marketing the Program/community. Required disclosures must be made in a manner that is clear, truthful, and easily understood by consumers. Examples of acceptable disclosures may include, but are not limited to, “Affiliate Link,” “Paid Partnership,” “#Affiliate,” “#Ad,” or other legally sufficient disclosures as required by applicable law.
Affiliates agree not to make false, misleading, deceptive, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated claims regarding the Program/Community/Owners/Founders/Admins, potential earnings, business opportunities, or expected results.
Affiliates shall only use marketing materials, representations, branding, trademarks, logos, and promotional content that have been approved or authorized by Owners/Founders or that accurately represent the Program.
Failure to comply with applicable advertising laws, FTC disclosure requirements, or this Agreement may result in immediate suspension or termination of Affiliate status, forfeiture of unpaid commissions where permitted by law, removal from the Community, and any other remedies available to program/owners/founders under applicable law.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
BY PROCEEDING WITH YOUR PURCHASE, ACCESSING THE PROGRAM, OR PARTICIPATING AS AN AFFILIATE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:
You have read and understood this Agreement.
You voluntarily agree to all Affiliate Terms and Conditions.
You understand that all sales are final.
You acknowledge that no refunds or exchanges will be issued due to the digital nature of the products.
You understand that program/owners/founders makes no guarantee of income or business success.
You agree to conduct yourself professionally while representing the program/community/owners/founders brand.
You understand that violation of these Terms may result in immediate removal from the Affiliate Program and Community without refund.
