YOUNIVARSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Last updated: September 2026
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website, purchasing a digital product, or booking a service through Younivarse.
By accessing this website, purchasing a product, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. ABOUT YOUNIVARSE
Younivarse is a trading name operated by Blessing Ushedo, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.
Younivarse provides educational content, digital resources, mentorship sessions, career and personal development guidance and related services.
For questions relating to these Terms and Conditions, purchases or services, please contact:
Email: theyounivarse@gmail.com
Throughout these Terms, “Younivarse”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Younivarse business.
2. PURPOSE OF OUR SERVICES
Younivarse provides educational, informational and mentorship services designed to help individuals gain clarity, develop practical skills, make informed decisions and work towards their personal or professional goals.
Our content and services are intended for educational and informational purposes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Younivarse does not provide regulated financial advice, legal advice, immigration advice, medical advice, psychological therapy or any other regulated professional service.
You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.
3. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
We aim to provide useful, practical and high-quality information and support.
However, we cannot guarantee any particular personal, career, financial, employment, business or other outcome from purchasing or using our products or services.
Results will differ depending on factors including your circumstances, experience, effort, decisions, market conditions and implementation.
Testimonials, examples and customer experiences represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees that you will achieve the same results.
4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Younivarse may sell digital products including, but not limited to:
* guides;
* templates;
* workbooks;
* educational materials;
* recorded training;
* downloadable resources;
* courses; and
* other digital content.
Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a digital product gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal purposes.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you.
You must not reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, share, upload or commercially exploit our digital products without our prior written permission.
5. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS AND CANCELLATION RIGHTS
Where you purchase digital content that is made available to you immediately, you may be asked to expressly agree to receive the digital content immediately and acknowledge that, once the download or access begins, you will lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel where permitted by applicable UK consumer law.
This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not comply with applicable law.
6. MENTORSHIP AND 1:1 SESSIONS
Where you purchase a mentorship, clarity, career or other 1:1 session, you are responsible for booking an available appointment through our booking system.
The duration and content of each session will be stated on the relevant booking or product page.
You are responsible for ensuring that the email address and other information supplied when booking are correct.
7. RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION OF SESSIONS
If you need to reschedule a booked session, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Where sufficient notice is provided, we will normally allow you to move your appointment to another available time.
Where you:
* fail to attend your appointment;
* arrive too late for the session to reasonably take place; or
* request a cancellation or rescheduling less than 48 hours before the appointment,
we may treat the session as used, except where applicable consumer law gives you a right to cancellation, refund or another remedy.
If Younivarse needs to cancel or reschedule your session, we will offer you an alternative appointment or, where appropriate, a refund.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
8. REFUNDS
Refund eligibility depends on the product or service purchased and your rights under applicable consumer law.
We do not offer refunds merely because a customer changes their mind after accessing digital content where the customer has validly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of their cancellation right.
However, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right to which you are legally entitled, including rights relating to faulty digital content or services that have not been provided with reasonable care and skill.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at:
theyounivarse@gmail.com
and include your name, order details and the reason for your request.
9. PAYMENTS
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers including Stripe and/or payment or e-commerce platforms used by Younivarse.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
Prices will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown in GBP (£).
We are not responsible for additional charges imposed directly by your bank, card provider or payment provider, such as currency conversion charges.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, all original Younivarse materials including:
* videos;
* guides;
* templates;
* worksheets;
* training materials;
* graphics;
* photographs;
* written content;
* downloadable resources;
* branding;
* course material; and
* other original content
are owned by or licensed to Younivarse and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use purchased materials for your personal use.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, share, modify or commercially exploit our materials without prior written permission.
11. ACCOUNT AND ACCESS
Where a product or service requires an account, login or unique access link, you are responsible for keeping your access details confidential.
You must not share paid access with another person unless the product specifically permits this.
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe there has been unauthorised sharing, misuse, fraud or a serious breach of these Terms.
12. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
* use our website or services unlawfully;
* attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
* upload malicious software;
* impersonate another person;
* infringe our intellectual property rights or those of another person;
* harass or threaten other users; or
* use Younivarse content for unauthorised commercial purposes.
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website and services may rely on third-party platforms and providers such as Stan, Stripe, Zoom, Google, social media platforms or other technology providers.
We are not responsible for temporary interruptions or failures that are outside our reasonable control and arise entirely from third-party services.
Where an issue affects a purchased Younivarse service, we will take reasonable steps to provide the service or an appropriate alternative.
14. WEBSITE INFORMATION
We take reasonable care to ensure information published by Younivarse is accurate when published.
However, information may become outdated and may need to be changed.
Information contained within our content should not be relied upon as a substitute for personalised professional advice where such advice is required.
15. PRIVACY
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.

16. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
When you make a purchase or booking, we may send you transactional communications relating to that purchase, including confirmations, reminders and important service information.
Marketing communications will be handled separately in accordance with applicable UK privacy and electronic marketing requirements.
Where required, you will have the opportunity to opt in to marketing communications and to unsubscribe from them.
17. TESTIMONIALS AND FEEDBACK
If you voluntarily provide feedback or a testimonial, we may ask for your permission to use it for marketing or promotional purposes.
Where appropriate, we may agree with you whether your name, image, social media account or other identifying information can be included.
Providing feedback does not automatically give us permission to publish your personal information.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under UK law.
To the extent permitted by law, Younivarse will not be responsible for losses arising solely from decisions you make based on general educational or informational content where those losses were not caused by our breach of these Terms.
You remain responsible for assessing whether information or guidance is suitable for your own circumstances.
19. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control.
Where such circumstances materially affect a booked or purchased service, we will take reasonable steps to rearrange, replace or otherwise resolve the affected service.
20. CHANGES TO PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
We may update our website, products and services from time to time.
Changes will not remove rights already acquired by customers who have completed a purchase.
Where a material change affects a service already purchased, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected customers.
21. COMPLAINTS
We want to resolve concerns fairly.
If you have a complaint about a Younivarse product or service, please contact:
theyounivarse@gmail.com
Please include your name, order information and a description of the issue.
We will aim to respond within a reasonable period.
22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes to our services, business practices or applicable law.
The version that applied when you purchased a product or service will generally govern that purchase unless the law requires otherwise.
23. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you based on where you live.
Nothing in these Terms removes any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
