4-WEEK PRIVATE NCLEX 1:1 COACHING INTENSIVE
You KNOW the nursing content.
So why are you still getting the questions wrong?
Your CPR says near passing with minimal belows.
You know the information.
You understand the interventions for your scope.
You read the rationale after getting a question wrong and think, “I knew that.”
You get down to two answers and somehow choose the wrong one.
You answer the question the way you believe to be correct. You apply the nursing knowledge that you know to be correct. You answer it in the way you believe the NCLEX is asking you to answer it — just to find out you got it wrong.
And that is exactly what makes this so frustrating.
Because when you read the rationale, you understand it.
You knew the information they were testing.
So why didn’t your answer reflect what you knew?
Sometimes, it’s simply the language of the NCLEX.
NCLEX-style questions require you to understand not only the nursing information, but exactly what the question is asking you to do with that information.
And if nobody has ever sat down with you and actually taught you how to recognize that, you can know the content and STILL choose the wrong answer.
That doesn’t mean you need to go back and relearn nursing school.
It doesn’t automatically mean you have a huge content gap.
And it doesn’t mean you need another six months of memorizing information you already know.
We need to fix the disconnect between what you KNOW and the answer you’re choosing on the screen.
That’s what the 4-Week Private NCLEX 1:1 Coaching Intensive is designed to address.
This is for NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN candidates who have a foundation in nursing content but struggle to consistently apply their knowledge when answering NCLEX questions.
Over four weeks, I’ll help you recognize what the exam is asking, identify important clinical cues, slow down your thought process, apply clinical judgment, and choose answers based on sound nursing reasoning rather than guessing.
This is not a traditional nursing content tutoring program.
This is a structured, four-week coaching intensive focused on NCLEX question interpretation, clinical judgment, prioritization, and test-taking behaviors.
I will identify the patterns interfering with your performance, teach you strategies to address them, and assign practice to help you apply those strategies independently.
Your progress will depend on your willingness to consistently implement what you’re taught.
WHO THIS COACHING IS FOR
This intensive was created for you if:
NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN candidates are welcome.
This program is not designed for students who require extensive remediation of foundational nursing content.
Comprehensive med-surg lectures, pharmacology instruction, and full body-system reviews are not included.
Minor content weaknesses may be identified during coaching, but you are responsible for independently reviewing the nursing material assigned or recommended.
WHAT HAPPENS FIRST
Before enrolling in this intensive, you must complete my Clinical Judgment Diagnostic.
During the diagnostic, I observe how you approach NCLEX-style questions, interpret clinical information, eliminate answers, and make decisions.
Based on my observations, I provide personalized recommendations and determine whether this coaching intensive is an appropriate next step.
Completing the diagnostic does not automatically guarantee acceptance into private coaching.
If I determine that you would benefit more from foundational content review or another form of preparation, I will recommend a more appropriate next step.
Once approved and enrolled, you will complete a UWorld baseline assessment to establish your starting performance.
An active UWorld subscription is required and must be purchased separately if you do not already have one.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Your four-week private coaching intensive includes:
Your enrollment includes exactly four private coaching sessions, each lasting 60 minutes.
Additional tutoring, extended sessions, replacement sessions for incomplete learning, and additional weeks of coaching are not included.
WHAT WE’RE WORKING TOWARD
Imagine sitting down on test day, reading a question, and instead of thinking:
“What are they even asking me?”
You know how to approach it.
Instead of rushing through the question, you slow down and identify the information that matters.
Instead of staring at four answers that all seem correct, you recognize the clinical principle being tested.
Instead of getting down to two and guessing, you can explain why one answer is more appropriate for the patient.
Instead of changing your answer simply because another option sounds better, you make decisions using clinical reasoning.
That is what we are working toward.
You already have nursing knowledge.
Now we’re working on helping you apply it more consistently.
The NCLEX has patterns.
The wording matters.
The cues matter.
What the question asks you to do matters.
And your ability to slow down, recognize those details, and apply what you’ve learned matters too.
HOW YOUR FOUR WEEKS WORK
BEFORE WEEK 1 — BASELINE + ONBOARDING
After enrollment, you will receive your onboarding instructions.
You must complete your UWorld baseline assessment and required onboarding information before your first coaching session.
Your baseline provides an initial picture of your performance.
WEEK 1 — IDENTIFY YOUR PATTERNS
During our first 60-minute session, I’ll observe how you work through NCLEX-style questions.
I want to understand how you read questions, interpret clinical cues, eliminate answers, and make decisions.
We’ll identify recurring mistakes, including rushing, overlooking important information, second-guessing, or misinterpreting what the question is asking.
You’ll receive specific strategies and independent assignments to begin addressing those patterns.
WEEK 2 — LEARN THE LANGUAGE OF THE NCLEX
During our second 60-minute session, we’ll focus on improving your question interpretation.
I’ll demonstrate how to identify relevant information, recognize what the question is asking, and approach questions using clinical judgment.
You’ll practice applying those strategies while I provide real-time feedback.
We’ll also review your progress and identify what needs continued attention.
WEEK 3 — APPLY WHAT YOU’VE LEARNED
During our third 60-minute session, we’ll continue practicing the strategies introduced during previous sessions.
We’ll focus on identifying cues, prioritizing, eliminating answers with a clinical reason, and recognizing recurring mistakes.
I’ll evaluate whether you’re applying the strategies independently and provide recommendations for continued practice.
WEEK 4 — INDEPENDENT APPLICATION
During our final 60-minute session, I’ll evaluate how independently you’re applying the strategies we’ve practiced.
You’ll work through NCLEX-style questions and explain your reasoning.
We’ll discuss your progress, remaining weaknesses, and recommendations for continued NCLEX preparation.
Your four-week intensive concludes after your fourth scheduled coaching session.
Additional sessions are not automatically provided if you need more time to master a strategy, complete assignments, or improve your question performance.
SUNDAY COACHING SCHEDULE
All private 1:1 coaching sessions are held on Sundays.
Your enrollment includes four scheduled Sunday coaching sessions, each lasting 60 minutes.
After purchasing, you will receive instructions for scheduling your sessions.
Please make sure Sunday availability works for you before enrolling.
Your exact appointment times will depend on the Sunday availability offered.
Sessions cannot be extended beyond their scheduled 60-minute duration.
LIMITED TEXT SUPPORT
Limited coaching-related text support is included during your four-week enrollment.
This support is intended for brief clarification of coaching strategies, assigned practice, and recommendations discussed during your sessions.
Text support does not include additional private tutoring, extensive NCLEX question breakdowns, full content reviews, or unlimited access to your coach.
Questions requiring detailed instruction will be addressed during your scheduled coaching sessions when appropriate.
Text support concludes at the end of your four-week program.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS A STUDENT
This is a structured coaching intensive, and your participation matters.
You are expected to:
For example, if we identify that you repeatedly miss questions because you’re reading too quickly, I will teach you how to slow down, identify relevant cues, and approach the question more deliberately.
However, you are responsible for practicing and implementing that strategy consistently.
The program does not extend because a student continues making a previously identified mistake.
My responsibility is to provide the coaching, guidance, practice, and feedback included in your enrollment.
Your responsibility is to apply what you learn.
PLEASE READ BEFORE ENROLLING
This is a four-week private NCLEX coaching intensive, not unlimited tutoring or ongoing NCLEX preparation until you pass.
Your purchase includes four 60-minute sessions, weekly assignments, progress reviews, and limited coaching-related text support.
It does not include additional coaching sessions, comprehensive nursing content instruction, or extensions based on individual learning progress.
Some students may need additional time, independent study, or other educational resources beyond this program.
Needing additional preparation does not automatically qualify you for complimentary sessions or an extension.
Please enroll only if you understand the program’s scope and can commit to the scheduled sessions and independent work.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
The investment for the 4-Week Private NCLEX 1:1 Coaching Intensive is $997.
Flexible payment options may be available at checkout through the payment providers displayed by the checkout platform.
If you select an available payment option, your payment arrangement is handled through that provider according to its terms.
Your coaching spot is not secured until your purchase is successfully completed.
UWorld access is purchased separately.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the individualized nature of private coaching, preparation performed for each student, scheduling capacity, digital resources, and access provided after enrollment, coaching purchases are intended to be final, subject to applicable law.
Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with individual learning progress, failure to complete assignments, or a need for additional preparation, except where required by law.
Your purchase does not guarantee a passing NCLEX result.
Your outcome depends on multiple factors, including your preparation, participation, completion of assigned work, and performance on the examination.
Please review the program details and make sure you can commit to the four-week coaching process and Sunday coaching schedule before purchasing.
READY TO FINALLY UNDERSTAND WHAT THE NCLEX IS ASKING YOU?
You know more nursing than your question results may be showing.
That is exactly why this can feel so frustrating.
You get the question wrong.
You read the rationale.
And there it is again:
“I KNEW THAT.”
Good.
Then we need to find out why what you knew didn’t translate into the answer you chose.
Maybe you rushed.
Maybe you missed an important cue.
Maybe you misunderstood what the question was asking.
Maybe you second-guessed yourself.
That’s what we’ll work on together.
I’ll observe your approach, identify the patterns interfering with your performance, teach you strategies, and provide guided practice.
Then it’s your responsibility to apply those strategies independently.
Because on test day, I won’t be sitting beside you.
The goal is for you to become more confident and independent in your clinical reasoning.
You already learned nursing. Now let’s learn the language of the NCLEX.
Complete your Clinical Judgment Diagnostic first to determine whether this four-week coaching intensive is the right next step for you.
