Return to Yourself + Reality Reset
The complete four-stage Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapy programme, plus a Reality Reset with me · £147
You don't need to work out which session to choose. Start with Stage 1 and work through the four stages in order. Each stage works on a different part of the pattern.
1. Quiet the Alarm
Start here. Work on the panic, anxiety and physical reaction that gets triggered when he pulls away, doesn't reply or something feels uncertain, so you can feel calmer before deciding what to do.
2. Break the Pull
Work on the urge to check, chase, replay, search for answers or reach back towards him, so the pattern stops taking up so much of your attention.
3. Restore Self-Trust
Work on the second-guessing and broken boundaries that can leave you questioning what you already know, so you can trust your decisions and stand by them.
4. Return to Yourself
Work on getting your attention, energy and focus back onto your own life, so you can move forward and feel like yourself again.
You receive all four stages, the Emergency Reset audio, weekly check-ins and lifetime access.
You also receive The Return to Yourself Workbook and a Reality Reset: a private 20-minute one-to-one session with me. It's a chance to speak to somebody who understands this relationship pattern, ask the questions that are still going round in your head and get some clarity.
Where do I start?
Quiet the Alarm. Then work through each stage in order. You don't have to be over him before you begin.
After payment:
Straight after payment, your audio sessions and workbook are sent to your email so you can begin with Quiet the Alarm. I'll also email you personally to arrange your Reality Reset.
Your reassurance
If you genuinely follow the programme, use the sessions and complete your Progress Reviews, and feel you've received no value from it, contact me. If it isn't right for you, I'll refund you.
